Weight: 307.3 lbs ( 139.4 kg) BMI: 39.5 Waist: 52 in ( 132.1 cm) WtHr: 70.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Bar-S Hot Dogs Dinner: Members Mark Hot Dogs and Green Beans Drinks: Apple Cider Vinegar Salted Coffee, Seltzer, Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 490) Keto Month 1 (Day 53) (97/365 Days 2026 Keto) Tried to go to bed on time last night, but again brain just wasn't tired. Sitting at the computer I can't even keep my eyes open, but when I go to bed my brain is doing jumping jacks and back flips. Waking up this morning I think I figured out why they call that breed of dog a “shit zu” Mom's little dog Shelby was just yapping her little head off. I hadn't fallen asleep until 2:30, but there goes Shelby yapping around at around 7:45.  Good loss on the scale. The tape measure seems to have gone missing, but that number doesn't change much so I'll just assume that it's the same as yesterday's. Spent the day at the computer. Having another day where I...

Weight: 329.8 Waist: 53 in Breakfast: Pot Roast with carrots and potatoes, coffee Snack: bagged salad, cheese, Ranch dressing Lunch: deli fried chicken, peach sparkling water Dinner: Philly Cheese Burger Hamburger helper, Kiwi Strawberry Sparkling water Notes: Woohoo! Finally under 330 lbs again. I haven't been under 330 since November. I'm going to see if I can stay under 330 for a bit before I change what I say what my new target weight is. I had a slow cooker cooking a pot roast last night, but my mother had invited me over to her house for dinner so I was able to set up a couple of servings of pot roast for today. However, when it came to eat the pot roast just didn't sound good at the time, but I will hold on to it for future meals.
