Weight: 304.6 lbs ( 138.2 kg) BMI: 39.1 Waist: 53 in ( 134.6 cm) WtHr: 71.6% Breakfast: Sausage Patties and Eggs Lunch: Pork Tenderloin Dinner: Cheeseburger Patties Drinks: Salted Coffee, Monster, Celsius Energy, Sparkling Water, Sober Year 1 (Day 545) Keto Month 3 (Day 108) (158/365 Days 2026 Keto) Kind of hitting a writer's block this evening after work. I was scheduled to work a little bit of everywhere on the front end today. Tomorrow I'll be doing the same thing. I'm guessing that's because there are so many people on vacation so they need me to do a lot of different jobs. So this is going to be a shorter post as it took a while to recover from work. Another really good drop on the scale this morning. Probably has something to do with the fact that I had to wake up in the middle of the night to go pee. The scale difference of today from yesterday was about three pounds (1.3 kg), and I'm sure most of that was from about 3:30 am. I don't think I really ...

Food Blog 10/3/18

Weight: 329.8 Waist: 53 in Breakfast: Pot Roast with carrots and potatoes, coffee Snack: bagged salad, cheese, Ranch dressing Lunch: deli fried chicken, peach sparkling water Dinner: Philly Cheese Burger Hamburger helper, Kiwi Strawberry Sparkling water Notes: Woohoo! Finally under 330 lbs again. I haven't been under 330 since November. I'm going to see if I can stay under 330 for a bit before I change what I say what my new target weight is. I had a slow cooker cooking a pot roast last night, but my mother had invited me over to her house for dinner so I was able to set up a couple of servings of pot roast for today. However, when it came to eat the pot roast just didn't sound good at the time, but I will hold on to it for future meals.
