I worked noon to 8 today so I had time to cook breakfast and have some coffee. I also took the time to grill a pork steak for lunch. I did get around to uploading the General Update video today. Error 404 is what you get if a website is broken or if you type in a website address wrong. Weight's been tracking up in the last couple of days. More than a bit annoyed by that. Chat GPT says that it's just water weight from the Spaghetti I ate Tuesday. But it's just that I was 4lbs (1.8 kg) away from one of the major goals and then, oops never mind weight goes back up again. The AI is saying that the waist staying the same is a good sign and what I should focus on while the weight goes up and down. The first half of the day was quite quiet.
