I was just flopping around all night long. I do remember my alarm going off at 8am. I blinked and then woke up at 10am. Today's weight is a good weigh in as it is the lowest weight of the year so far. Since I slept in and had a hard time getting up and going I didn't have time to drink as much coffee as I normally would have. I had the strip steak and eggs. I didn't get a chance to cook the eggs as thoroughly as I normally would have. The flavor of easy cooked eggs are good, but they're harder to eat in a hurry. Which I found to be fascinating. When I went to bed I was really tired. I even had to go back onto the blog to correct some things after I posted. But yesterday I really didn't have as many energy drinks that I normally would have. I normally would have had two cans Sugar Free Red Bull over the day. But this week the Powerade is on sale for $1.00 (not sponsored) so instead of the $3 a can of Red Bull I drank the $1 Powerade. But I was doing the rotisserie chicken last night when I went to bed. I went to bed at around midnight, but was struggling to stay awake since 10:30, but the sleep tracking on my phone says that I didn't fall asleep until 2:45 ...

Weight: 329.4 lbs ( 149.4 kg) BMI: 42.3 Waist: 53.5 in (135.9 cm) WtHr: 72.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Millionaire Chicken Casserole   Dinner: Grilled Cheeseburger Patties Drinks: Salted Coffee with Cream, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster Strawberry Dream, Powerade Zero Orange, Sober Month 8 (Day 242) Keto Day 5 It's always exciting to be under 330 lbs (149.7 kg) The current goal is 320 (145.2 kg) but looking over the record it is rare to be under 330 lbs the average is about 337 (152.8 kg). Probably TMI I wasn't confident that today would have a weigh in that was down from previous days as I hadn't pooed in the last couple of days. I had a movement after breakfast. I wasn't feeling uncomfortable, or had any distress it is interesting that I'm always dropping that right after breakfast. I'm going to guess that the coffee is helping with that. It would just be nice if I were to drop that much it would happen before I weighted in and had breakfast...

It kind of felt like a hangover. I'm guessing it's a bit of Keto Flu. I didn't break Keto for very long. But I don't know if it matters for when restarting Keto. Also I didn't drink much yesterday so it might have just been dehydration. I have a pitcher of tea in the fridge, but the missing check yesterday kind of had me distracted from drinking any of it. I did manage to avoid spending any more money. It seems strange to say, “whoohoo! I didn't buy anything today!” But this is something that I need to work on.      Got the dishes done...again. For someone who keeps wanting to do meal planning I keep finding myself doing dishes. Seriously it feels like all I do each day is doing the dishes again. There are other rooms in the house that need some serious attention, but I keep getting distracted by getting the dishes done.      Had to get dishes done before I could cook the bacon and eggs for breakfast. Makes me wonder if there are other stimulants in them. Also woke up with a nasty stinging headache, it wore off as I got up and started moving around.      Seems almost blasphemous, but I'm kinda getting tired of having bacon and eggs for breakfast everyday. I think next time I get groceries I'll pick up some sausages instead of more bacon. There is the option of skipping breakfast, but intentionally skipping breakfast just makes me obsess about food all day.
