Weight: 331.6 bs ( 150.4 kg) BMI: 43.3 Waist: 55 in ( 141 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Fathead lasagna Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: Pot of coffee, 2x Kroger energy shots, 3600ml water      Had a real smert moment this morning. Every day I step on the scale before I shower and I started the coffee pot before I went back upstairs to shower. I got out of the shower and heard a strange noise like water running downstairs. In the post shower stupor my brain told me that the noise was just the coffee pot working. (I googled post shower stupor to see if that's a common thing and unnervingly every search with that combination of words was about alcohol poisoning I think that's strange) Eventually I did go back downstairs and I found out what the running water noise was. I had somehow forgotten to put the carafe back into the coffee maker so it was spilling coffee everywhere. They say don't cry over spilled milk. But I did stand there for a bit staring at

Weight: 331.6 lbs ( kg) BMI: 42.6 Waist: 54.5in ( cm) WtHr: 73.6% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Fathead Lasagna Dinner: Ultimate Cheeseburger Velveeta Dinner      Burnt the bacon this morning. :( It was still edible, but a lot more crunchy than I'd prefer. The last slab of bacon was small enough to sit flat in my cast iron skillet so I was afraid that it being effected by “shrinkflation” but that just might have been a smaller thing of bacon as the new slab of bacon seems to be big enough to not completely lay flat in the pan like the bacon before the last package.    Today was kind of a down day. Not really in a depressed way, it was just kind of overly bland. Just the kind of day where I was just waiting for the day to be over, because it just seemed like a day that was there to be waited through. The good thing is that the fuel points and digital coupons at work were working. I'm glad that issue was resolved. So maybe that's why today seemed so meh. The thing

Broke Diet With Dinner Choice February 3, 2023

Weight: 333.8 lbs ( 151.4 kg) BMI: 42.9 Waist: 54.5 in ( 138.4 cm) WtHr: 73.6% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Fathead Lasagna Dinner: Mac and Cheese with chunks of pork Drinks: Coffee with cream, Kroger energy shot, 2x cans Natural ICE Beer      Waking up with a very dry mouth lately and it's kind of an interesting feeling taking the first drink of coffee. It kind of feels like my mouth and throat is dissolving, but in a good way. It's kind of like when cotton candy dissolving      Something strange is going on at the high school next door. It sounds like a jet engine is revving up. Maybe one of their industrial sized heaters was broken and they just turned it back on. But it kind of sounded like the building was about to take off.      Not sure what's going on with weight. Yeah, there's going to be daily fluctuations, but it's strange to be up 4 lbs (1.8 kg) in a single day. The weight is still down for the year, and lower than the average weight for la

Woke Up Before Alarms

Weight: 330.2 lbs ( 149.8 kg) BMI: 42.4 Waist: 55 in ( 139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Fathead Lasagna  Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: Pot of coffee, Tap water      Back over the goal of 330. But that is just fluctuations, was nice being under that goal for the last couple of days. And I'm telling myself to not beat myself up too much because I'm up one day after being down for so many days. That didn't stop me from wondering the cause of the up all morning. One exciting measurement is the waist. The waistline is under 55 inches, but I round to the closest half inch (1.3 cm). I almost teared up when I noticed that the tape measure showed the waist in the 54 inch (137.2 cm-139.4 cm) range      What is kind of strange is that I woke up before my alarms. Don't get too excited Mom, it was still 7:45 when I woke up. (She thinks she slept in too long if she sleeps past morning Astronomical twilight.) I have an alarm on my watch set for 8am and

“Demonic Rice Krispies” Daily Blog January 12, 2023

Weight: 337.4 lbs ( 153 kg) BMI: 43.3 Waist: 55 in ( 139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Fathead Lasagna Dinner: Kroger Cheddar Bratwursts Drinks: 2x Sparkling water      I noticed last night that the “Demonic Rice Krispies” are back. Shoulders, back, elbows, knees, and especially the ankles are popping and crackling like crazy. There's not any pain in any of my joints, so I don't think there's anything wrong with my joints. This happens when I'm doing good on my Keto diet. Last time I noticed this was back in October of 2020! I had mentioned the effect in a half written blog post that I didn't upload. A recent live stream that Doctor Ken Berry made someone asked him about cracking knees, and he played it off as something that just happens when you get into your 30's; I am 36 years old but I really don't have the popping and cracking nearly as much when I'm not doing my diet. Doc Berry said if there wasn't any pain in the join

Weight: 339.8 lbs ( 154.1 kg) BMI: 43.6 Waist: 56 in ( 142.2 cm) WtHr: 76% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs (scrambled) Lunch: Fathead Lasagna Dinner: Bacon Jalapeno “Mac” and cheese Drinks: Pot of coffee Woohoo under 340 pounds (154.2 kg)! Last time I was under 340 was before the pandemic. And the pandemic would be an easy excuse for weight gain; quite a few people had seen changes in their lives that would cause them to gain weight. But to be honestly not much of my life had changed in the pandemic. Stress levels gained substantially and that does cause weight gain, but so does not eating correctly. Bacon and eggs again for breakfast, but pan was too hot and poured off too much of the bacon grease before I cooked the eggs so I accidentally made scrambled eggs. The annoying kind of scrambled eggs that just kind of move out of the way as the fork comes by to try to pick them up. Got a bit too much Tabasco on them as well. Trying to get kitchen cleaned up to get a recipe video done
