Weight: 321.8 lbs ( 145.9 kg) BMI: 41.3 Waist: 53 in ( 135.9 cm) WtHr: 71.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Southwestern Detox Soup   Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 390) Keto Day 6 (9/365 Days 2026 Keto) I noticed that when I woke up this morning my legs weren't stiff and sore like they have been in the past. There have been days in the past when I woke up I would have to wobble around like I was walking on fiery stilts until my legs loosened up. This morning I wasn't exactly dancing around, I was able to get up and get going quite easily and there wasn't any pain. I'm sure that I'll be limping by the end of the evening. It was nice to get up and not have to sit back down with a painful gasp. It was exciting to see the down on the scale again and seeing that it's only 0.3 lbs (~5oz <136 g>) from the weight at the beginning of the year. If it gets down below the beginning of the year al...

Weight: 336.2 lbs ( 152.5 kg) BMI: 43.2 Waist: 56 in (142.2 cm) WtHr: 75.7% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Italian Wedding Soup Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Red Bull, Sugar Free Monster, Powerade Zero Orange, Keto Day 1 Sober Month 2 (Day 85) YMCA: No Happy Birthday Mom. Technically her birthday is “tomorrow” but she reads these in the morning lol. She replied on Facebook to yesterday's post of me voicing my frustration of being the exact same weight as the previous day. She seemed more bothered by my frustration than I was. It's just that the same weight as the day before is a bit irritating. But when you get to it it's just one point of data in the stream. Had potatoes for dinner last night, but I didn't seem to gain much this morning. I didn't get to the YMCA this morning either as I slept in too late to get over there. I've been going to bed around midnight, but before Daylight Savings started I was waking up right at 8am...

Apparently Verizon had an update that scans the phone to for malware. The problem is that it decided to make notifications that it had started the scan. And then sent another notification that the scan was done. And then a notification that it started the virus scan. And then a notification that the virus scan was complete. I was glad that these scans were happening. And I'm glad that the scans came out clean, but I'm not sure that I liked to have these notifications at 2 O'clock in the freaking morning. The weight was a little up today from yesterday. I'm not too worried about that because daily fluctuations happen. It's still among the lowest numbers ...

Weight: 345 lbs ( 156.5 kg) BMI: 44.3 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHr: 77% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Italian Wedding Soup Dinner: Rib-eye Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Keto Week 1 (Day 11) Sober Month 1 (Day 50) Back on Sunday I was taking a cart that had a squeaky wheel around to the back of the store where damaged carts go. There are several carts that have screws sticking out of the side of the wheel that when they roll around they squeak as it goes by the wheel brace. I swear that they just glance at the cart, see that it has four wheels that go around and bring it back up to the front. Oh well, at least it will be a week or two without that “Squeak, squeak, squeak” that drives everybody in the store insane. But as I was coming back up to the front I wasn't paying attention to where I was walking and I caught the stores gas meter right against my left thigh. There's a pretty good sized bruise there now. A bruise that I'm constantly poking at. Of cours...
