It would be nice if that continued. Didn't really do much before work. I worked 10:30 to 7:30. So it was a bit early for me to work. Weight: 355.8 lbs (161.4 kg) BMI: 45.7 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHr 77% Breakfast: Lunch: Top Loin Steak Dinner: Slow Cooker Chuck Roast, Mac and cheese    CORRECTION: The last couple of days I've been mentioning that I had a lot of KC Strip Steaks, I looked over these again and they are actually Top Loin Steaks. I'm not sure if that makes much difference in much, but I thought it would be good to point out in case anyone gets confused by the sudden switch in the steaks that I'll be eating for the next week or so. (laughing at myself for typing that like anyone actually reads these)        Had a slow start to the morning. Woke up a bit late and it took a bit of convincing to get up and moving. Not that I felt bad, it's just that it was nice to lay in bed and scroll though the phone. I've heard that a lot of people don't keep their phones near their beds.
