Weight: 312.9 lbs ( 141.9 kg) BMI: 40.2 Waist: 54 in ( 137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: X Snack: Cashews Lunch: Bratwursts, Cottage Cheese Dinner: Cheeseburger Patties Drinks: Salted Coffee, Monster, Sparkling Water, Powerade Sober Year 1 (Day 565) Keto Month 4 (Day 125) (175/365 Days 2026 Keto) The weight being up 3.6 lbs (1.67 kg) and waistline being up 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) kind of settled me on the idea of trying to do the TMAD diet. I did think about adding that to the title. But I'm still not sure if I'll be sticking to it. And Intermittent Fasting Keto Sobriety Blog seems like a convoluted title.  I baked bratwursts for lunch and had the regular coffee, but I skipped the regular bacon and eggs. I will admit I was seeing some weird flashes this morning. Just out of the corner of my eyes. Not sure if that was because I had skipped breakfast or because I had coffee on an empty stomach. Weight: 355.8 lbs (161.4 kg) BMI: 45.7 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHr 77% Breakfast: Lunch: Top Loin Steak Dinner: Slow Cooker Chuck Roast, Mac and cheese    CORRECTION: The last couple of days I've been mentioning that I had a lot of KC Strip Steaks, I looked over these again and they are actually Top Loin Steaks. I'm not sure if that makes much difference in much, but I thought it would be good to point out in case anyone gets confused by the sudden switch in the steaks that I'll be eating for the next week or so. (laughing at myself for typing that like anyone actually reads these)        Had a slow start to the morning. Woke up a bit late and it took a bit of convincing to get up and moving. Not that I felt bad, it's just that it was nice to lay in bed and scroll though the phone. I've heard that a lot of people don't keep their phones near their beds.
