For some reason I was walking to work and somebody said that they knew a short cut, but I had lost them as they ran behind a warehouse which was odd because there aren't any warehouses between my house and the store. Sober Week 1 (Day 11) YMCA: X Another night when I had a hard time falling asleep. Not feeling stressed or anxious or anything. Just brain wasn't tired. The rest of me was dragging. But brain was doing back flips and jumping jacks Maybe why I had a weird dream. I don't usually have dreams, but when I do they're weird AF. I never have nightmares. I never wake up scared, I just wake up confused. In the dream I was stuck at a bar on the other side of town before dawn without a ride. In the bar there was one of those old soda machines where you put in money and open the door to get your coke. I hear a lot of people online to not to do a daily weigh in because whenever it is up you'll drive yourself mad trying to figure out the reason that it is up. I'm going to guess that the reason is that I'm still processing the case of beer that I drank on Tuesday. But I'm trying to take the couple of days of ups too seriously, I don't plan on drinking any more beer, and I've made a lot of progress this year.
