I wrote that I drank a 2 liter of Pepsi zero on yesterday's blog, but after I posted that I drank the better part of a 2 liter of diet Pepsi, and WOW. I flipped and flopped until probably 4 in the morning. I really need to stop drinking pop. The money I withdrew from my stocks landed in my checking account before the checks I wrote to pay my electric and gas bills last week. That was my main concern for the last week or two. Sure I technically had enough in my checking account to account for those two checks. But it was getting TIGHT. It got so tight I had even suspended my YouTube plus subscription. I didn't have any caffeine for most of the day yesterday, so I slept quite well last night. It is nice to wake up well rested. But “A body at rest, tends to stay at rest.” And I didn't realize this until a few hours later as I was typing this up, but when I woke up I didn't have the stiff painful feet and legs that I've been waking up with for the last while. I'm not sure if the avoiding the soda was the causation or a correlation.       I have today and tomorrow off. The “Plan” is to try to get some cleaning done. I really wasn't planing that. Didn't really plan on this at all, I was just sitting at my computer while my bacon cooked and I remembered that I had this project before.      Lunch wasn't even kind of keto, but I haven't been paying attention to my food reserves and although I do have a lot of frozen chicken, steaks, and somehow a bit of frozen chicken; I don't have a whole lot of the individual servings of the soups or casseroles that I want to bring to work with me.
