Weight: 312.9 lbs ( 141.9 kg) BMI: 40.2 Waist: 54 in ( 137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: X Snack: Cashews Lunch: Bratwursts, Cottage Cheese Dinner: Cheeseburger Patties Drinks: Salted Coffee, Monster, Sparkling Water, Powerade Sober Year 1 (Day 565) Keto Month 4 (Day 125) (175/365 Days 2026 Keto) The weight being up 3.6 lbs (1.67 kg) and waistline being up 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) kind of settled me on the idea of trying to do the TMAD diet. I did think about adding that to the title. But I'm still not sure if I'll be sticking to it. And Intermittent Fasting Keto Sobriety Blog seems like a convoluted title.  I baked bratwursts for lunch and had the regular coffee, but I skipped the regular bacon and eggs. I will admit I was seeing some weird flashes this morning. Just out of the corner of my eyes. Not sure if that was because I had skipped breakfast or because I had coffee on an empty stomach. Weight: 326.8 lbs ( 148.2 kg) BMI: 42 Waist: 53.5 in (135.9 cm) WtHr: 72.3% Breakfast: Strip steak and Eggs Lunch: KC Strip Steak Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull, Kroger Energy Shot Sober Month 8 (Day 262) Keto Week 2 (Day 17) I did not sleep very well last night. I was just flopping around all night long. I do remember my alarm going off at 8am. I blinked and then woke up at 10am. Today's weight is a good weigh in as it is the lowest weight of the year so far. Since I slept in and had a hard time getting up and going I didn't have time to drink as much coffee as I normally would have. I had the strip steak and eggs. I didn't get a chance to cook the eggs as thoroughly as I normally would have. The flavor of easy cooked eggs are good, but they're harder to eat in a hurry.
