It helps that when I woke up this morning I didn't have to immediately have to sit back down because of the pain that I used to have in my feet and legs. Being able to wake up and immediately start getting going is a really motivating thing. But I had some real scatterbrain (that's a word?) this morning. I was going to try to work on a video script, but I kept going back to the various social media sites to zombie scroll. I keep telling myself that I'm going to limit the time I spend on those sites and apps, but then I keep finding myself back on those sites and apps.
