It's back under the start of the year again and only 4.3 lbs (2 kg) away from the “progress goal” of where I started the tracking back in 2014, only 1.3 lbs (0.6 kg) away from the lowest weight so far this year, and only about 8 lbs (3.6 kg) away from being under 40 BMI (morbidly obese ) I took a moment before work to record the other political short video that I was thinking of making, but again for some reason when I tried to transfer the files to the computer it only played the audio of the video, but not the video. I checked my bank balance expecting my pay check, but was pleasantly surprised to see my State Tax Refund is already in my checking account and looking at the record the Federal Return is usually a day or two behind the state refund. It could take up to a week for that to come in. But for today I was able to transfer into Bill Savings instead of from bill savings for the rent check that I'm expecting to come through this week. That's a really frustrating number on the scale this morning. Ups and downs happen, but this morning was one of the few mornings that I was more than I was at the end of last year. I got off at 10pm, but it takes a while to recover from working. I set up the chili before heading off to work. I took my lunch with me to work today as the snow finally came in and it looks like we did get several inches (about a couple dozen centimeters ). I was scheduled to work 2pm to 10pm but I left for work quite early to give plenty of time to drive through the snowy roads. I was being careful driving to work, but other drivers were irritating me as I was being careful, however other drivers seemed to be fearful. I see an up weight like a opposing team in football getting a touchdown. Yeah, it kind of sucks, but the game isn't over yet. Mom made a Facebook post saying that she's not going to weigh in outside of her doctor's visits. And I understand and respect that as she's focusing on “Non Scale Victories” And I respect that, but I personally like to see the line move over time.  This morning my feet weren't hurting as much as previous days. She said that her boyfriend was in town so she was staying with him. And her back hurt as she had slept on the concrete floor. She said that she and her boyfriend had deiced to stay at one of his friends house. But they didn't want to bother his friend so they stayed in their garage. She said that he had a cot that he slept on, but the cot wasn't big enough for the both of them so her boyfriend forced her to sleep on the garage floor. I have to say, that doesn't sound very manly. I am typically scheduled to work 11am to 8pm. But this morning I was scheduled 7am to 4pm. Last night when I got off I had bought a Sugar Free Red Bull to put next to my bed so when the first alarm goes off I could slam that real quick, hoping that would help me wake up. I've read online that having multiple alarms to help you wake up is counterproductive (wow, can't believe I spelled that correctly the first time.) But I needed to make sure that I got to work. So I had set an alarm for every 15 minutes starting right at 6am. But yeah, I was able to wake up. But I didn't have time to get a proper breakfast so ...

I thought the scale was glitching again, but each time I stood on the scale it gave me the same (ish) number! That's the lowest weight so far this year. That's 0.8 lbs (0.4 kg) pounds from the lowest weight last year. Yesterday they called me to ask if I wanted to come in an hour early to cover somebody's lunch because the lady who was supposed to do that lunch had a doctor's notice that she can't work for the next several days. I agreed because I was kind of shorted on hours this week. I didn't realize that I was volunteering for a 6:2 split day.
