Tooth still hurt a little bit, not as bad as previous days. Again I thought about going ahead and skipping that dentist appointment on Tuesday. But that's just being cowardly. Tooth flaring up like that really needs to be addressed. It's just a new thing that I've never done before so I am a little nervous about it. And up in the waist. I'm trying to not let myself get too worked up about a couple of days of the weight being up. It is severely annoying to be not only back above the Morbidly Obese level, but back above the “Progress Goal” I'm trying to remind myself that the current weight is better than it has been in years, it's just I'm not liking the trend for this week.
