It would have been nice if it was lower than yesterday's weight, but at least it's lower than the higher points last month. I worked at Noon today so I had plenty of time to cook breakfast and bake the chicken for lunch. I did work on the General Update video a bit before work, but most of the editing was done after work. And up in the waist. I'm trying to not let myself get too worked up about a couple of days of the weight being up. It is severely annoying to be not only back above the Morbidly Obese level, but back above the “Progress Goal” I'm trying to remind myself that the current weight is better than it has been in years, it's just I'm not liking the trend for this week.
