I didn't wake up, but it didn't track my sleeping so it gave me a bad score because it didn't track any sleep several times over the night. I was able to wake up pretty good this morning before work. I was kind of worried as I was scheduled to come in at 7am which is quite a bit earlier than I usually work. I did buy a Sugar Free red bull the other day when I got groceries. Weight: 340.6 lbs ( 154.5 kg) BMI: 43.7 Waist: 56 in ( 142.2 cm) WtHr: 76% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Hamburger Sausage Alfredo Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: Pot of coffee, Tap water    Not worried about being back over 340 lbs (154.2 kg) I'd say that 0.8 pounds (.36 kg) is close enough for daily weight fluctuations. Especially since some sites say that daily fluctuations can range up to 5 to 10 pounds (2.3- 4.5 kg) in a single day.     Now I'm REALLY annoyed with Avast. My bank account was charged again, even though I had canceled all of my subscriptions to them. I'm not sure of someone had snagged my debit card number or if there's subscriptions that aren't showing up on my Avast account. There doesn't seem to have any way to contact Avast on their site so I went to the bank to dispute the charge. Lady at the bank said that the charge was still pending so we can't dispute it yet. She said that it might just fall off on its own. I doubt that it will...

  Weight: 342.4 lbs ( 155.3 kg) BMI: 44 Waist: 56 in ( 142.2 cm) WtHr: 76% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Instant Pot Chili Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: 2 cups coffee, sparking water, 4x Milwaukee's Best ICE beers      I didn't quite get the chili done before I had to head to work. But the great thing about the Instant Pot (not sponsored) is that once it gets to the end of the time of it's pressure cooking it will depressurize and just keep the food warm. And the great thing about chili (not sponsored) is that the longer that it sits in low warmth the better the flavor gets. (I think that's how that works anyway)      Ran home for lunch to have some chili. And in the instant pot it's only supposed to be under pressure for 35 minutes and when I got home it was kept warm for three and a half hours. It turned out quite spicy. Could have used a bit of cheese. But in my opinion just about everything could use a bit of cheese.    ...

11/20/19 Weight: 340.8 lbs Waist: 56 in BMI: 42.6 WtHR: 76% Mood: Flat (but in a good way) Brunch: California Garlic Seasoned Pork chops Grilled 1.68 lbs Dinner: 3 Johnsonville Cheddar and Bacon Patties with Sliced cheese (2 slices of Pepper Jack and One Slice of “American” Cheese) with a bit of Ranch Dressing on top. Notes: I don't know if I can promise that I'll be all that consistent with these posts. Every once in a while I'll get the idea to do a daily food log / weigh in. but then it'll be several months later when I get the idea again to log anything in it. Today I decided to start this up again because I was starting to be really good on my Keto Diet over the last week or so and when I weighed myself this morning I was down 5 pounds compared to my Sunday Weekly Weigh In video.
