Weight: 309.3 lbs ( 140.3 kg) BMI: 39.7 Waist: 53.5 in ( 134.6 cm) WtHr: 72.3% Breakfast: X Lunch: Italian Dressing Marinated Pork Tenderloin, Pepper Jack Cheese Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Monster, Sparkling Water, Sober Year 1 (Day 569) nice Keto Month 4 (Day 130) (180/365 Days 2026 Keto) Good weight this morning compared to the last couple of days. Still up for the month, but sill 12.2 lbs down for the year so far. I've been taking a regimen of Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen to keep tooth pain under control. Probably been taking too much, but will have to work until Tuesday. I'm not sure if it is related to the tooth pain, but I have been really clumsy. I cannot type worth a damn this morning. And was slightly clumsy all day long. I just couldn't point out correct things and push correct buttons. I bounced around a lot at work. I worked 11am to 6:30. I didn't keep track. I've been wanting to quit drinking soda. But I've been falling for the sales recently. I think I'm going to start leaving my debit card at home when I go to work. For someone who wants to be a Blogger/Vlogger I don't seem to put much effort into my desired profession. I don't know what has gotten a hold of me lately I just can't seem to get moving on anything. It is probably depression. I was meaning to visit a doctor earlier this year. Not exactly for depression itself.
