Weight: 305.4 lbs ( 138.5 kg) BMI: 39.2 Waist: 53 in ( 133.4 cm) WtHr: 71.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Baked Chicken Dinner: Member's Mark Hot Dogs, American Blend Salad, Ranch Dressing and Salsa Drinks: Salted Coffee, Monster, Sparkling Water, Sober Year 1 (Day 551) Keto Month 3 (Day 114) (164/365 Days 2026 Keto) Good weight drop for today. Waist is still stagnant though. When I woke up this morning I was excited to pay off the car insurance. That paid up the car insurance for the next six months. And paid the phone bill for the month. So with paying the storage fee yesterday the bills for July are now caught up. It was particularly satisfying paying off the car insurance as it is extremely rare to pay off the car insurance all in one go. It's usually when the Tax Return comes in I pay off the last of the insurance (forgot the term) for that term and then when the bill comes due again I usually find myself having to pay the monthly stipend. It is cheaper to pay...

I felt like I was on peg legs until I got them loosened up. Weight is up again. A bit nervous about the way that it's been tracking up this week. It's down for the year and it's still below the average of the year. The watch says that Fat is down and Muscle is up, but water is also up. And I've been going to the bathroom a lot again today. Roommate had a nurse visit this morning. Pretty sure that this is his last home healthcare visit. He seems to be a bit nervous about that fact. As the roommate's nurse was there I left early for work. It was just a few minutes early, but as I was driving towards the store I notic...

I posted at 11pm and then went to strait to bed. I was going to read for a while, but laid right down. The sleep tracker says that I didn't sleep until 2:15am, and I believe it. I'm not sure why it was so hard to fall asleep. I didn't have very many energy drinks yesterday. I tried to avoid energy drinks today to see if I would sleep better tonight. I did have a monster at lunch, but that's not as many as I'd normally have. And I thought I'd try the Gatorade, Powerade is cheaper so I had one of those later in the day. And I did have an energy shot later in the afternoon. But not becaus...

I do have to say using those weight machines were very satisfying. It was also nice to hang out with Mom in an activity that she enjoys so much. It is somewhat of an entertaining thought that my mother is becoming a gym rat. I'm going to have to do some research on how lifting weights effect someone mentally. As I was leaving the gym I was feeling like I was drunk. But by the time I got to work I felt normal PHYSICALLY . But there was something going on with my mind and spirit. Because, WOW people were extra irritating today.  I'm going to make a really long, “Mark Whines About Work Blog” But these are just a few examples of what I had to deal with. These are kind ...
