Down under “progress goal” again! Still kind of soon to call that goal “beaten” Waistline is still being stubborn. But that's okay, I'm stubborn too. It is exciting to be under the weight that I haven't been since 2015. And it is really fun to see the “Average Change” on the “Full Weight Tracking and Projection” spreadsheet to be in the red. I think today is going to hurt. I am scheduled to work 10 am to 8 pm. Lunch is at 3pm which is 5 hours into the day then I come back for four more hours. Weight: 345 lbs ( 156.5 kg) BMI: 44.3 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHr: 77% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Italian Wedding Soup Dinner: Rib-eye Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Keto Week 1 (Day 11) Sober Month 1 (Day 50) Back on Sunday I was taking a cart that had a squeaky wheel around to the back of the store where damaged carts go. There are several carts that have screws sticking out of the side of the wheel that when they roll around they squeak as it goes by the wheel brace. I swear that they just glance at the cart, see that it has four wheels that go around and bring it back up to the front. Oh well, at least it will be a week or two without that “Squeak, squeak, squeak” that drives everybody in the store insane. But as I was coming back up to the front I wasn't paying attention to where I was walking and I caught the stores gas meter right against my left thigh. There's a pretty good sized bruise there now. Weight: 345 lbs ( 156.5 kg) BMI: 44.3 Waist: 57.5 in (147.3 cm) WtHr: 77.7% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Snack: Savage Slim Jim Lunch: AI Cheesy Sausage Spinach Bake Dinner: Rib Eye Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Propel Berry, Sugar Free Red Bull Keto Week 1 (Day 8) Sober Month 1 (Day 47) I was a Rotisserie Chicken again until about 4am. Sleep just didn't happen. Google says that Keto Insomnia is a known phenomenon that can last up to four weeks. That would suck. I really don't want to flop around until March. Today was higher than yesterday's, but still considerably lower than the average for the year. I was down 5.4 lbs (2.4 kg) yesterday compared to the day before, I'm not going to be bothered by being up one pound (0.45 kg) today. Since I didn't wake up very well before work I only had a single cup of salted coffee. I was able to have the regular Bacon and Eggs. I worked a 3/5 split today as well so my lunch was at 4pm instead of the usual 3pm. As t...
