Weight: 304.0 lbs ( 137.9 kg) BMI: 39 Waist: 52 in ( 132.1 cm) WtHr: 70.3% Breakfast: X Lunch: Bar-S Hot Dogs, Pork Rinds, Queso Dinner: Member's Mark Hot Dogs Drinks: Salted Coffee, Monster, Sparkling Water, Sober Year 1 (Day 574) Keto Month 4 (Day 135) (185/365 Days 2026 Keto) Got distracted by Fallout New Vegas. So won't be able to say much in this post. But good to see the weight finally go in the right direction. Didn't track time very well this morning so I didn't have time to cook anything for lunch today. So I grabbed some hot dogs, pork rinds, and queso for lunch. I don't know why it took so long for me to try the combination of pork rinds and queso. There was a crazy lady at the store. She spent about four hours shopping up two whole cart loads of groceries with two little children I feel bad for the kids trapped in the cart with the crazy lady. People were saying that her children were running around throwing stuff into her cart. When she finally ...

First Day of Fall! 9-22-2022

  Weight: 360.8 lbs (163.7 kg) BMI: 46.3 Waist: 58.5 in (148.6 cm) WtHR: 79.1% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Artichoke Bacon Chicken Soup Dinner: Chicken Alfredo mood: Chill      First day of fall!! (Dancing around). And today has the perfect weather for it. I'm kind of chuckling that the high temperature went from 93 F (~34 C) to 60 (~15C) It would be nice if it stayed that way for a while but after tomorrow the temps are going to jump back up to the 80's (>27 C) I guess it beats the temps in the upper 90's (upper 30's C) that we were getting over the last couple of months. I wasn't going to turn the heater on, but last night I had opened up the windows to enjoy the cool down. So this morning when I woke up it was 50 (10 C) something degrees outside, therefore it was that cold in my house. Yeah, I flipped that heater on real quick.
