Weight: 315.1 lbs ( 142.9 kg) BMI: 40.5 Waist: 53 in ( 134.6 cm) WtHr: 71.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs   Lunch: Low Carb Jambalaya Dinner: Cheeseburger Patties Drinks: Salted Apple Cider Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 452) Keto Week 2 (Day 16) (60/365 Days 2026 Keto) Whoa, 7.4 pounds (3.4 kg) in 4 days. I don't know if that's because of the tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar that I've been putting in the morning coffee, but it is an interesting correlation that after putting vinegar in the coffee I've started dropping weight like crazy. Waist is up a bit, but the gut does feel like it's sagging more in the front. Lowest weight since 2015, and the lowest ever recorded on here. It would be fun to get under the 314.8 lbs that I started at back in 2014. So lowest weight in 10 years.  Got the oil changed today. I was going to make this a video, but I have a feeling that if I made this a video it would have been extremely underwhelming.  Because my videos are just me talking to a camera.  And if someone wanted to watch video about a solar eclipse they would not want to watch a video of a guy reading his notes about watching a solar eclipse.  Okay, I'll just go ahead and post this here like someone is going to read it. I was apprehensive about the day because the weather called for clouds. And that morning I woke to thunder. And a good amount of cussing. This was supposed to be a special event, something that only happens once a century and I'm going to miss it because of some flipping rain.
