I think the scale knows that I changed the goal so it has to mess with me for a while. Today again I worked a little earlier than I usually do so I didn't have time to have coffee or the usual breakfast, I did have time to duck in a few minutes early to grab a pack of sausages. I have to say that the first half of the day was NOT what I was expecting. Today was the first Friday of the month, the weekend of a Major holiday, and the State Fair is coming to town next week. Timeline of the 2017 Solar Eclipse

I was going to make this a video, but I have a feeling that if I made this a video it would have been extremely underwhelming.  Because my videos are just me talking to a camera.  And if someone wanted to watch video about a solar eclipse they would not want to watch a video of a guy reading his notes about watching a solar eclipse.  Okay, I'll just go ahead and post this here like someone is going to read it. I was apprehensive about the day because the weather called for clouds. And that morning I woke to thunder. And a good amount of cussing. This was supposed to be a special event, something that only happens once a century and I'm going to miss it because of some flipping rain.
