  Weight: 353.2 lbs (160.2 kg) BMI: 45.3 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHr: 78.4% Breakfast: x Lunch: Bar S Hot Dogs, sugar free Rockstar energy Dinner: Hamburger Helper Cheesy Lasagna Drinks: 2x sparkling water, 2x 5 hour energy shot mood: not well      Allergies are banging again. Didn't have breakfast. Had hot dogs for lunch. Hamburger helper for dinner. My head hurts, my eyes hurt, my ears hurt. I am not in a good state right now. I really am hoping that it is just allergies.       Ducked out of work again. This sinus headache was just too much. Had a real fun moment when I told one guy that his total was $47 and some odd cents. And the dude exploded! He started screaming hooping and hollering. He was hoping to have an order under $50. Dude is damn near doing jumping jacks and I'm just clutching my head in pain.

Weight: 361.8 lbs (164.1 kg) BMI: 46.4 Waist: 58 in (47.3 cm) WtHr: 78.4% Breakfast: KC Strip Steak and eggs Lunch: Johnsonville Beddar with cheddar sausages, Rockstar sugar free energy Dinner: Cheeseburger Macaroni Hamburger Helper Drinks: 2x Sparkling water, 5 hour energy shot mood: tired      I was going to have bacon and eggs for breakfast this morning, but I had a KC Strip that had been sitting in my fridge for what was starting to be a while. I tried to make the eggs over easy again, but as soon as my spatula touched the eggs to turn them they just scrambled. I usually cook the eggs in a cast iron skillet. But that was dirty from yesterday so I was cooking in a different skillet, it's not a Teflon pan, it has some sort of light brown covering across the cooking surface. Usually it's a pretty good non stick pan, but this morning I just couldn't get the spatula under the eggs.      Work was frustrating as always. Underpaid, understaffed, overworked. But at least eve

And daily fluctuations in weight is a normal thing. I didn't have the most Keto friendly breakfast this morning. But I have a couple of boxes of Hamburger Helper in my cabinet that I need to get through.      Was not very productive before work today. I normally work 11-8, but today I was scheduled to work 2-10. I spent the day thinking of all of the stuff I was going to do before work.   Weight: 359 (162.8 kg) Waist: 58 (147.3 cm) Breakfast Pepperoni with cheese Lunch: Fried Chicken, Sugar Free Rockstar energy Snack: Hot Dogs Dinner: Beef Pasta Hamburger Helper with some cheese I hadn't gotten dishes done in a while so I couldn't cook bacon or eggs. Had some pepperoni left over from when I made Deconstructed Pizza casserole a few weeks ago. I added some cheese to it and thought about heating it up to melt it all together. But 2 minutes in the microwave just turned the cheese into something like a hard plastic. I did manage to take inventory of my freezer, but all of my food is frozen. I did get a meal plan together for the week. And I do have a few recipes planned for future videos. But since all of my food is frozen and all of my dishes were dirty before I went to work I went in early and had some fried chicken for Lunch. As I was getting off I didn't feel like doing too much thinking in my dinner. So I just picked up a box of Hamburger Helper

Weight: 329.8 Waist: 53 in Breakfast: Pot Roast with carrots and potatoes, coffee Snack: bagged salad, cheese, Ranch dressing Lunch: deli fried chicken, peach sparkling water Dinner: Philly Cheese Burger Hamburger helper, Kiwi Strawberry Sparkling water Notes: Woohoo! Finally under 330 lbs again. I haven't been under 330 since November. I'm going to see if I can stay under 330 for a bit before I change what I say what my new target weight is. I had a slow cooker cooking a pot roast last night, but my mother had invited me over to her house for dinner so I was able to set up a couple of servings of pot roast for today. However, when it came to eat the pot roast just didn't sound good at the time, but I will hold on to it for future meals.

Weight: 332.3lbs Waist: 54.5 Mood: excited Breakfast: Pot of coffee, ½ box Chili Macaroni Hamburger Helper 4oz shredded cheese Lunch: Crunchy Cheetos, Chili, Energy shot, Cherry Sparkling water Dinner: Sir Loin Pork Chops, Cheesy Ramen I always find myself in a great mood at the beginning of each month.  But I do think I can do this daily food blog.  I'm planing on using this to keep me mindful of what I'm eating.  And I know that the Hamburger Helper, Cheetos and Ramen isn't exactly on the diet that I want to be doing.  But I am sure that I can eventually work towards the foods I want to be eating.

Breakfast: none Lunch: Baked Deli Chicken, Energy Shot, Mixed Berry Sparkling water Dinner: 20oz Cherry Dr Pepper, 1/2 box of Chili Macaroni Hamburger Helper, 4oz Nacho Taco Shredded Cheese (Melted in the Hamburger Helper) burned the hell out of the hamburger in it. saving the other half for lunch tomorrow. Didn't get a chance to weigh in this morning, work woke me up offering more hours.  And I'm not really in a position to turn down work hours.  I really haven't been tracking what I've been eating lately (I haven't been doing much of anything lately) {outside of watching WAY too much YouTube} I would like to get more things done, but lately I have just not done things.  I have been wanting to do the Keto diet, but I haven't been planing out my meals properly so I keep falling back on bad Mac and cheese and Hamburger Helper habits.  And that's one of the reasons I haven't been doing this food blog thing.  I'm kind of embarrassed that I keep s
