Weight: 307.8 lbs ( 139.6 kg) BMI: 39.5 Waist: 51.5 in ( 130.8 cm) WtHr: 69.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Snack: Spicy Peanuts Lunch: Hormel Pork Loin Lemon Garlic Dinner: Cheeseburger Patties Drinks: Apple Cider Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Monster, Red Bull Sober Year 1 (Day 487) Keto Month 1 (Day 50) (94/365 Days 2026 Keto) Slept better last night...once I fell asleep. A little annoyed by the scale. Yesterday was up 0.1 lbs, today is down 0.1 lbs. Kinda makes you wonder the point. A “stall” is four weeks to several months. It was nice when the weight was dropping quickly, not sure if that stage is over for a bit. Who knows perhaps that time when it was dropping like crazy was the easy part and now is when Dr Berry's “Vitamin P” comes into play. Step-Dad was nice enough to cook breakfast this morning. Was surprised to see that all of the eggs were double yolked. Going to buy a lottery ticket. Trying to think of things to do before I go to work. But really couldn'...

Breakfast Pepperoni with cheese

Lunch: Fried Chicken, Sugar Free Rockstar energy

Snack: Hot Dogs

Dinner: Beef Pasta Hamburger Helper with some cheese


I hadn't gotten dishes done in a while so I couldn't cook bacon or eggs. Had some pepperoni left over from when I made Deconstructed Pizza casserole a few weeks ago. I added some cheese to it and thought about heating it up to melt it all together. But 2 minutes in the microwave just turned the cheese into something like a hard plastic.

I did manage to take inventory of my freezer, but all of my food is frozen. I did get a meal plan together for the week. And I do have a few recipes planned for future videos. But since all of my food is frozen and all of my dishes were dirty before I went to work I went in early and had some fried chicken for Lunch. As I was getting off I didn't feel like doing too much thinking in my dinner. So I just picked up a box of Hamburger Helper.


Not much of a post today. Got meal plan done and that is about it. Didn't give much thought into much of anything else. I was feeling pretty good today before work. I'm thinking that was because I've been trying to avoid caffeine and have been getting back into Keto which does clear the mind. even though I messed it up at dinner.
