I started to turn around, but figured that would just make me more late for work. So I ran into the store, buck ass naked ran up to the self checkout register grabbed all of the money out of it so I could do the audit to run the register, but decided to run home first to get dressed. A little annoyed that yesterday matched the record low for the year, but today was up two pounds (one kilogram) and with the very few days left in the month I'll unlikely match that low level again before the next month. Still can't seem to spell sobriety properly. I don't think that I've gone 100 days without alcohol since I was 21. Not that I've been struggling with it for that long. I printed out the front half of the left forearm of the costume I'm working on. When it finished it was quite satisfying how well it matched up with the back half of the forearm that I printed several years ago. I had to cut the part up a little more because the new printer isn't big enough to print it off in one piece. But a bit of duct tape is holding it together right now. The back half was printed in black filament and the front half is in white filament so there a bit of “yin and yang” going...

I'm not sure if I'm explaining this right, but when I feel that type of cramp coming on I keep my feet straight and walk around for a moment and it usually keeps the cramp from coming on. Roommate woke me up early so I could drive him to his appointment. While he was there I worked on an AI inspired recipe. He was agreeable to stay quiet while I finished cooking. It gave me hope that I could go ahead and do my cooking channel while he's home. It'll still be better to do it when he's out, but at least there is an option of getting it done.  He was rather upset because the nurse that usually takes care of him is out on vacation and there weren't any other nurses available so he'll have to come back...

So I was going to go as I have noticed that when I step on the scale before and after going to the gym, if there is any change at all, the weight is always lower.
