I actually moved my scale around to make sure that there wasn't anything underneath it. The watch scan says that there was a pretty big drop in muscle, but there was also a big drop in water weight. Which makes since because of the last couple of days. But the scan says that fat is up a little On the way home from the hospital with Roommate I happened to drive by where the new YMCA is going to be and wow that is going to be huge. Roommate was surprised that I cared because he thought that I had quit going. And it wasn't that I had given up on the idea of going to the Y it's just that I was waiting for him to go back to work. He asked me why h...

It was like I just ran a marathon, but only in my calves. As I got up and moving they loosened up. I noticed that I haven't had salted coffee over the last week or so. So maybe the lack of salt is making my muscles sore? Maybe the cause of the headache over the last day or two? I made sure to put salt in the coffee this morning and I took my supplements (Fish Oil, Magnesium, Potassium, K2+D3, Vitamin D3) The rent check finally came through today. I have to say I was dancing on sunshine when I...

Plumbing Problems Sobriety Blog Dec 30, 2024

Weight: 349.6 lbs ( 158.6 kg) BMI: 45.4 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHr: 78.4% Breakfast: Savage Slim Jim Lunch: Bag of Spicy Dill Pickle Chips Dinner: Bar-s Hot Dogs Snack: Bologna and sliced cheese Drinks: 5 Hour Energy, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster Sober Week 1 (Day 14) YMCA: X Probably a bit of TMI in this one So didn't get around to making a post yesterday as the toilet was backing up into the bathtub. This has happened before, but rarely. I was praying that it was just the main sewer line like it was previously. IF that was the case they would just send someone out to clear the line. I called the landlord and he came out while I was at work. But when landlord came out he and Roommate checked the kitchen sink and that wasn't backing up. Meaning it was a clog in the upstairs sewer system. Meaning that the plumber had to go go upstairs. So I spent the free time panic scrubbing the bathroom. That bathroom hasn't been this clean in years. I woke up surprisingly ea...

I turned on the heater right after I posted that I didn't want to turn on the heater. Saying that you waited until halfway through October to turn on the heater for the first time should be a brag, but there has been some bullshit high temperatures lately. I thought that I had the heater set to about 70 (21 c) but I somehow had it up to almost 80 (27 c) I'm not going to get a recipe video done today. I want to do a weekly Ketovore recipe, but roommate is a over-the-road trucker and he is on his home time. And I don't like making videos when he's home. I don't think that it's fair to him to sit aside his very little time off because I want to do something silly on the internet. I am working on re-editing a video for...
