Waist: 53.5 in (135.9 cm) WtHr: 72.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: X Dinner: Hormel Pork Loin Lemon Garlic Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Michelob Ultra Zero Sober Month 11 (Day 343) Woke up this morning still having heavy allergy symptoms. I don't quite feel sick, it's just that whenever I bend down to pick anything up it feels like somebody smacked me with a 2x4 in the front of my face. When I woke up this morning and saw the weather I realized that there would be no better day to help Grandma setting up her Christmas decorations. I grabbed some Cold and Flu medicine on the way to Grandma's. Before I left the house I looked up the medicine on the store's website to see prices. I had to chuckle because there's only one review on that double pack of medicine. It's about half of the price as the name brand with the same active ingredients. What was funny about the review was that the medicine worked, but it tasted b...

As I was going to bed I noticed that it was just getting to 11pm, I usually post around midnight. But I was so tired by eyes were starting to stick closed. Even so the sleep tracking app still says I was awake until after 2am. And I still woke up at 8am, even though I should be used to be waking up an hour earlier because of the time change. Spent a while thawing out the freezer. It's not completely thawed out as there is still ice in the back of the box, but at least the vents are uncovered so the food in the fridge will stay good. I'm sure that leaving a bit of ice in the back of the freezer isn't very g...

Weight: 332.4 lbs ( 150.7 kg) BMI: 42.7 Waist: 56 in (142.2 cm) WtHr: 75.7% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Skeats Rib Eye, House salad, cottage cheese, dinner roll Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Diet Coke, Sugar Free Red Bull Sober Month 4 (Day 146) Keto Day 2 Wow, that was a drop. I'm not going to say that it was because I was back on the diet for one day, but that was a 6 lb (2.7 kg) drop the day after I got back to the diet. Eating breakfast did kind of feel like a chore. I thought it would be good to eat. But I just didn't want to. Maybe I shouldn't eat breakfast when I feel like that. I wasn't sick, I just wasn't interested in eating it. Had lunch with Grandma. It was busy at the restaurant so it was hard to have any kind of conversation. At least there wasn't any screaming children. I was glad that I was able to stick to the diet there. For the most part, I had the roll and that doesn't work well with the diet, bu...

Weight: 332.4 lbs ( 150.8 kg) BMI: 42.7 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Bratwursts Dinner: Rib Eye Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Keto Month 1 (Day 47) Sober Month 4 (Day 141) I rerecorded that Store Story video that I was wanting to post. There is a bit of a political point in it and I got distracted by that point and got off on the tangent. And it happened a bit in the rerecord as well. But to a bit of a lesser degree. Breakfast was a little late because I recorded the video while Roommate was at his appointment and I waited for him to get home because I knew as soon as I started cooking he'd call and be ready to come home. And it was 11am by the time he called to come home and I was able to have breakfast. What was really strange was on the way home from the hospital with Roommate we drove by someone who was pulled "over" on 30th street. In our town 30th is one of the bigger roads which has double l...

It was strangely extremely satisfying to finish building them. It was a little bookshelf that would probably fit into a dorm room. But it was sitting down in the basement for who knows how long waiting for me to sober up and put it together. Whoever wrote that instruction card deserves a beating though. The scale was a bit glitchy again today, but the most consistent number was the one I wrote down. A little annoying that it was the exact same as yesterday's. I stepped on it several times during the day and it gave me a different answer so it isn't just glitching to that number. It's still stunning that it's ...

Weight: 332.4 lbs ( 150.7 kg) BMI: 42.7 Waist: 56 in (142.2 cm) WtHr: 77.5% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Keto Clam Chowder Dinner: Pork Spare Ribs Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Red Bull, Keto Week 2 (Day 17) Sober Month 3 (Day 111) YMCA: No Another decent drop in weight again today. But than again the scale was a bit glitchy again today. So who knows. It is annoying that the last time there was a record low the scale was glitching and then today there was another record low, and it's glitching again today. I was going to test the scale a bit more, but Roommate was already up and awake. Finally got around to making the second batch of Clam Chowder. I've been trying to cook that stew for little over a week now. Every time I tried cooking I was short an ingredient. I'd go to the store to get the ingredient, but then I'd be missing another ingredient. And it'd seem to be silly to go grab just one thing. And then the next day an ingredient ...

Weight: 332.4 lbs ( 150.8 kg) BMI: 42.7 Waist: 55 in ( 139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Pizza Soup Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: Pot of coffee, 12pk Ranch Water Hard Seltzer      Had a slow start this morning. Calves were stiff and sore. Feet didn't hurt that much, but both of my legs felt like they had mild Charley horses. I'm seeing this as kind of a good thing. Early Ketosis is known for muscle soreness. From my understanding this is caused by a lack of electrolytes. I took some magnesium and potassium supplements and put some extra salt on the eggs and bacon I had for breakfast. Being thirsty is also a sign of Keto, and I was able to finish the entire pot of coffee before I left for work.       Finished the editing and uploaded the Keto Taco Casserole recipe video. It'll be live this Tuesday. I'm not very confident about that video. I was distracted by the thought that I had already done that one and I just could not s...

Weight: 332.4 lbs (150.8 kg) BMI: 42.7 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Beef Stew Dinner: Pork Steak cooked in butter Drinks: 3/4 Pot of Coffee, 2x Kroger energy shots, ~1800ml water, 12pk Bud light Next,      Probably shouldn't have had that entire roast for dinner last night. Sure it might have been Keto (well, I'll have to look at the canned soup and packet of soup mix to make sure) but that was a couple pounds of meat that I ate last night that's now probably sitting in my gut. Writing that out it kind of looks like I said, “Oh no, I ate and now I weigh more, I need to stop eating!” But that's not really what I'm saying. The main frustration that I'm feeling about eating that entire roast last night is that it was what I was planning to have for lunch today. I have all kinds of food in my fridge that I can have for lunch, but I have a bad habit of cooking a recipe and then eating all of that recipe in one go and not...

Weight: 332.4 lbs ( 150.8 kg) BMI: 42.7 Waist: 55 in ( 139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: “Complete omelet” meal from Applewood truck stop, (omelet, hash browns, pancakes, iced tea) Lunch: Hot Dogs Dinner: Kroger Cheddar Bratwursts My roommate is a trucker and he was passing through town today so we agreed to meet to catch breakfast and catch up. He discovered an AI chat bot that is helping him write a novel. He's encouraging me to use it to improve my YouTube channel, and I might look into using it to improve my blog. I might look into it, but I'm kind of nervous about having an AI to take over my videos or blogs. I chose the complete omelet because it seemed to be the thing that had the least carbs in it. Of course that meal comes with hash browns and pancakes. I know that I could have asked them to hold off on those, but I didn't have the guts to ask. It probably seems silly, but I didn't want to be a complicated customer. And of course there wasn't anyone sho...
