Weight: 344.2 lbs ( 156.1 kg) BMI: 44.2 Waist: 57.5 in (146.1 cm) WtHr: 77.7% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Baked Chicken Snack: Sea Salt Mixed Nuts Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Week 4 (Day 30) YMCA: X Finally some progress on the waist. I know that it's going to be a “Vitamin P” kind of thing, but it would be nice if the waist line was as dynamic as the scale. I have noticed over the last couple of days the gut had been more “Saggy” and soft. Good news is that means I'm losing fat, bad news is that it's going to start drooping under my shirt if I'm not careful. But I'll take saggy gut over sore feet any day of the week. And on that point feet and shins felt amazing this morning. It sucked last night a screw came out of the back of my computer chair. I was able to put the screw back in. And it seems to be holding, but for a while I was thinking that I was going to have to buy a new one. That would kind ...

Weight: 332.4 lbs ( 150.8 kg) BMI: 42.7 Waist: 55 in ( 139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Pizza Soup Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: Pot of coffee, 12pk Ranch Water Hard Seltzer      Had a slow start this morning. Calves were stiff and sore. Feet didn't hurt that much, but both of my legs felt like they had mild Charley horses. I'm seeing this as kind of a good thing. Early Ketosis is known for muscle soreness. From my understanding this is caused by a lack of electrolytes. I took some magnesium and potassium supplements and put some extra salt on the eggs and bacon I had for breakfast. Being thirsty is also a sign of Keto, and I was able to finish the entire pot of coffee before I left for work.       Finished the editing and uploaded the Keto Taco Casserole recipe video. It'll be live this Tuesday. I'm not very confident about that video. I was distracted by the thought that I had already done that one and I just could not s...

Weight: 332.4 lbs (150.8 kg) BMI: 42.7 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Beef Stew Dinner: Pork Steak cooked in butter Drinks: 3/4 Pot of Coffee, 2x Kroger energy shots, ~1800ml water, 12pk Bud light Next,      Probably shouldn't have had that entire roast for dinner last night. Sure it might have been Keto (well, I'll have to look at the canned soup and packet of soup mix to make sure) but that was a couple pounds of meat that I ate last night that's now probably sitting in my gut. Writing that out it kind of looks like I said, “Oh no, I ate and now I weigh more, I need to stop eating!” But that's not really what I'm saying. The main frustration that I'm feeling about eating that entire roast last night is that it was what I was planning to have for lunch today. I have all kinds of food in my fridge that I can have for lunch, but I have a bad habit of cooking a recipe and then eating all of that recipe in one go and not...

Weight: 332.4 lbs ( 150.8 kg) BMI: 42.7 Waist: 55 in ( 139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: “Complete omelet” meal from Applewood truck stop, (omelet, hash browns, pancakes, iced tea) Lunch: Hot Dogs Dinner: Kroger Cheddar Bratwursts My roommate is a trucker and he was passing through town today so we agreed to meet to catch breakfast and catch up. He discovered an AI chat bot that is helping him write a novel. He's encouraging me to use it to improve my YouTube channel, and I might look into using it to improve my blog. I might look into it, but I'm kind of nervous about having an AI to take over my videos or blogs. I chose the complete omelet because it seemed to be the thing that had the least carbs in it. Of course that meal comes with hash browns and pancakes. I know that I could have asked them to hold off on those, but I didn't have the guts to ask. It probably seems silly, but I didn't want to be a complicated customer. And of course there wasn't anyone sho...
