Has he was quite intoxicated he went to bed before I did. I saw his bottle of Jack sitting on the counter top. It did take quite a bit of self control to not snag a drink or two. The voice in the back of the mind saying, “Go ahead. You don't have to tell anybody. Just fill up the bottom half of a small glass. So that was the weight that I had labeled the “Progress Goal” as that is the weight that I started with so any weight lower than that is finally making progress. It is kind of funny that the Spreadsheet titled “Full Weight Loss and Projection” shows a completely flat line for the projection for the rest of the year as the weight is the exact weight as the beginning back in 2014. Weight: 315.1 lbs ( 142.9 kg) BMI: 40.5 Waist: 53 in ( 134.6 cm) WtHr: 71.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs   Lunch: Low Carb Jambalaya Dinner: Cheeseburger Patties Drinks: Salted Apple Cider Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 452) Keto Week 2 (Day 16) (60/365 Days 2026 Keto) Whoa, 7.4 pounds (3.4 kg) in 4 days. I don't know if that's because of the tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar that I've been putting in the morning coffee, but it is an interesting correlation that after putting vinegar in the coffee I've started dropping weight like crazy. Waist is up a bit, but the gut does feel like it's sagging more in the front. Lowest weight since 2015, and the lowest ever recorded on here. It would be fun to get under the 314.8 lbs that I started at back in 2014. So lowest weight in 10 years.  Got the oil changed today. It was surprisingly slow today for being a Sunday with a big weather change come through. The desire to move out of my current apartment has grown exponentially over the last couple of days. I was going to try to talk to Roommate about it as I really didn't want it to feel like a rug pull. Something evolved this evening. I don't know if I care about his feelings anymore. I'm going to talk to Mom about her expectations if I were to move back in with her.

It's a good down. Strange the waistline is up 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) overnight.  Over the last couple of days I've been putting a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar in the morning coffee. It does make the first couple of sips rather rough. But I've been hearing a lot of good things about Apple Cider Vinegar.   Another day when I just sat around before I had to go to work. At least I worked the 11am to 8pm normal shift. It looks like it's going to suck as the day is split into a 3:5 split so I'll have 3 hours before lunch and 5 hours after lunch. I don't know if it's Daylight Savings messing with me or what, but again I'd be sitting here and then BAM oh, crap I need to go to...

I was low on bacon so I had to run to the store before I had breakfast. I had a half hour lunch again today so I brought my lunch with me as I didn't have time to go all of the way home and back for lunch.
