Weight: 313.6 lbs ( 142.2 kg) BMI: 40.2 Waist: 53 in ( 134.6 cm) WtHr: 71.6% Breakfast: X Lunch: Bratwursts, Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Monster, Sparkling Water, Skipped Breakfast again today. Seemed to react better to that today than I did yesterday. I still felt mentally low all day. It took all day to edit the General Update video that I wanted to have done yesterday. Not that it needed a lot of editing, it was just that I really couldn't watch it. I am not very confident in that video. It was kind of me droning on about some of the events of last month. Baked Bratwursts for lunch. The bratwursts that I cooked yesterday (Monday) were quite burnt so I didn't cook today's for as long. But I didn't let them cool before eating so that was a bit of a challenge because they were quite warm while eating. Weight: 312.9 lbs ( 141.9 kg) BMI: 40.2 Waist: 54 in ( 137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: X Snack: Cashews Lunch: Bratwursts, Cottage Cheese Dinner: Cheeseburger Patties Drinks: Salted Coffee, Monster, Sparkling Water, Powerade Sober Year 1 (Day 565) Keto Month 4 (Day 125) (175/365 Days 2026 Keto) The weight being up 3.6 lbs (1.67 kg) and waistline being up 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) kind of settled me on the idea of trying to do the TMAD diet. I did think about adding that to the title. But I'm still not sure if I'll be sticking to it. And Intermittent Fasting Keto Sobriety Blog seems like a convoluted title.  I baked bratwursts for lunch and had the regular coffee, but I skipped the regular bacon and eggs. Very down for the year. But could still be better. Still debating on doing TMAD. Two Meals a Day. If I choose to do that should I skip Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner. Does it matter which one I choose to skip? How important is consistency in that? Is the idea of skipping meals to try to lose weight a eating disorder? And I was excited as I had shared the link right at 11:59pm and then there was a little bit of a brownout. Power dipped just enough to turn off the computer. If it had happened 30 seconds earlier It would have missed the deadline for uploading the post. Sure it's an artificial deadline, but it was just funny that right after I beat it the computer got taken out. Not sure what caused the power to blink.
