Weight: 307.8 lbs ( 139.6 kg) BMI: 39.5 Waist: 51.5 in ( 130.8 cm) WtHr: 69.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Snack: Spicy Peanuts Lunch: Hormel Pork Loin Lemon Garlic Dinner: Cheeseburger Patties Drinks: Apple Cider Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Monster, Red Bull Sober Year 1 (Day 487) Keto Month 1 (Day 50) (94/365 Days 2026 Keto) Slept better last night...once I fell asleep. A little annoyed by the scale. Yesterday was up 0.1 lbs, today is down 0.1 lbs. Kinda makes you wonder the point. A “stall” is four weeks to several months. It was nice when the weight was dropping quickly, not sure if that stage is over for a bit. Who knows perhaps that time when it was dropping like crazy was the easy part and now is when Dr Berry's “Vitamin P” comes into play. Step-Dad was nice enough to cook breakfast this morning. I'm going to be honest I've fallen into the trap of alcoholism. For some time I've been picking up a case/pack of beer after work, drink that entire case/pack of beer and then do the same the next day. I was drinking Michelob Ultra, because it said “Low Carb” on the side of the packaging. This led up to $16/per night every night (except for Sunday when you can't buy alcohol). So this stuff has been poisoning me mentally, physically, AND financially. I haven't yet noticed a physical “need” to have a beer, (although it's only been two or three days ...
