It helps that when I woke up this morning I didn't have to immediately have to sit back down because of the pain that I used to have in my feet and legs. Being able to wake up and immediately start getting going is a really motivating thing. But I had some real scatterbrain (that's a word?) this morning. I was going to try to work on a video script, but I kept going back to the various social media sites to zombie scroll. I keep telling myself that I'm going to limit the time I spend on those sites and apps, but then I keep finding myself back on those sites and apps. I'm going to be honest I've fallen into the trap of alcoholism. For some time I've been picking up a case/pack of beer after work, drink that entire case/pack of beer and then do the same the next day. I was drinking Michelob Ultra, because it said “Low Carb” on the side of the packaging. This led up to $16/per night every night (except for Sunday when you can't buy alcohol). So this stuff has been poisoning me mentally, physically, AND financially. I haven't yet noticed a physical “need” to have a beer, (although it's only been two or three days ...
