Sill under the “Morbid Obese” so still making progress. What was exciting was that my waist was at 52 inches (132.1 cm) I'm pretty sure that's the lowest waistline that I've recorded on here. In Mom's Laundry room there is a rack of stuff that blocked off the breaker panel and as the plumber was scheduled to come out this morning we had to get the stuff off of the rack to move that rack so he could turn off the breaker to the water well. I'm not sure if I'm explaining this right, but when I feel that type of cramp coming on I keep my feet straight and walk around for a moment and it usually keeps the cramp from coming on. But I did remember to take my potassium and magnesium supplements when I got up and going. I'll be honest I forgot to go to the Y this morning. It was later in the afternoon and, Oh, yeah. I was going to do something. It is kind of disappointing. When I started the week I was thinking as I am on vacation this week there isn't any excuses against going. But I only went once.
