I was just flopping around all night long. I do remember my alarm going off at 8am. I blinked and then woke up at 10am. Today's weight is a good weigh in as it is the lowest weight of the year so far. Since I slept in and had a hard time getting up and going I didn't have time to drink as much coffee as I normally would have. I had the strip steak and eggs. I didn't get a chance to cook the eggs as thoroughly as I normally would have. The flavor of easy cooked eggs are good, but they're harder to eat in a hurry. I'm not sure if I'm explaining this right, but when I feel that type of cramp coming on I keep my feet straight and walk around for a moment and it usually keeps the cramp from coming on. But I did remember to take my potassium and magnesium supplements when I got up and going. I'll be honest I forgot to go to the Y this morning. It was later in the afternoon and, Oh, yeah. I was going to do something. It is kind of disappointing. When I started the week I was thinking as I am on vacation this week there isn't any excuses against going. But I only went once.
