I got off at 10pm, but it takes a while to recover from working. I set up the chili before heading off to work. I took my lunch with me to work today as the snow finally came in and it looks like we did get several inches (about a couple dozen centimeters ). I was scheduled to work 2pm to 10pm but I left for work quite early to give plenty of time to drive through the snowy roads. But there is a new lady who was scheduled to close the desk this evening and she's been having a hard time getting it done correctly and today is Saturday so if things are off tonight they'll be off for Sunday and that could throw off things for all of next week. I was a bit confused when they called me from the store to ask me to stay late because they asked me to come in “an hour later and stay until 9” Well if I'm scheduled to come in at 10 and I come in an hour later and stay until 9 that would mean that I would be working from 11 to 9pm. Sleep just didn't happen. Google says that Keto Insomnia is a known phenomenon that can last up to four weeks. That would suck. I really don't want to flop around until March. Today was higher than yesterday's, but still considerably lower than the average for the year. I was down 5.4 lbs (2.4 kg) yesterday compared to the day before, I'm not going to be bothered by being up one pound (0.45 kg) today. Since I didn't wake up very well before work I only had a single cup of salted coffee. I was able to have the regular Bacon and Eggs. I guess you could say that a month and a half of sobriety is a good start, but weight loss and financial gain isn't where I was hoping to be. I was late getting to bed last night. (Didn't sleep until 3am) No reason why, I was feeling rebellious. Kind of getting tired of the bed, work, bed, work cycle. Of course not going to bed actually makes me tired.
