I just kind of sat here at the computer counting down the time until I had to go to work. I worked Noon to Nine closing the Customer Service Desk instead of the normal 11a-8pm Supervisor shift that I usually do. I drank an entire pot of coffee, but I'm just sitting here zoned out. I had thought a couple of times that I need to get a plan together for what I'm going to cook on Tuesday for the weekly lunch. But then I zone back out. First half of the day went really smoothly. Not sure if I should write this down. This is being logged at lunch. I worked a 3:5 split so I went to lunch at 3pm and will have to work 4 to 9. I really need to get back to the diet. I've been sober since December, so yay Six Months sober. Not that I haven't been...Thirsty, from time to time. But I just have a hard time sticking to the diet. April really was the best weight loss progress month, but then May stayed really flat, and then June really tracked up really quickly. I haven't been at 340 since March and that average hadn't been since February. And today was the first time since February that I was over the average for the year. But I'm REALLY KIND OF FREAKED OUT that the paycheck hasn't landed in my bank account this morning. The pay stub usually updates on Wednesday around 7pm and I usually check the site as I'm leaving work on Wednesday, but I was off yesterday so I didn't bother checking the site and I was just expecting the deposit at midnight like usually happens. I checked my balances after posting last night...and it wasn't there. I tried to check the website were the pay stubs are posted and it wasn't responding. Weight: 330 lbs ( 149.7 kg) BMI: 42.4 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Bratwursts Dinner: Hormel Garlic Herb Pork Loin Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Unsweetened Tea Keto Day 1 Sober Month 5 (Day 153) Had spaghetti last night so resetting the Keto Count. Got distracted by Oblivion last night so I didn't get around to posting. Or at least that'll be the excuse that I'll use.  It is nice to be back down to 330 (149.7 kg) Goal is currently at 320 (145.1 kg) but I seem to be back on track now.  I did manage to defrost the freezer and take an inventory yesterday. Frustratingly the freezer is still overfilled. HOW DOES THIS KEEP HAPPENING? Yeah, I bought some more Bratwursts, and a Pork Butt cut into steaks. But that's all I bought and it was still a challenge to get everything back into the freezer even with the stuff I got out for the weekly meal plan. I do have to say using those weight machines were very satisfying. It was also nice to hang out with Mom in an activity that she enjoys so much. It is somewhat of an entertaining thought that my mother is becoming a gym rat. I'm going to have to do some research on how lifting weights effect someone mentally. As I was leaving the gym I was feeling like I was drunk. But by the time I got to work I felt normal PHYSICALLY . But there was something going on with my mind and spirit.
