Unlike politicians I don't have an opposing political party to blame any spending issues on. Exciting weigh in this morning. So close to that 300 lb (136 kg) goal. Exciting that this is a record for the year and at this rate I'm only a couple of days away from beating the average for 2015 Woke up surprisingly early this morning. (For me anyway.) Weight: 312.9 lbs ( 141.9 kg) BMI: 40.2 Waist: 54 in ( 137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: X Snack: Cashews Lunch: Bratwursts, Cottage Cheese Dinner: Cheeseburger Patties Drinks: Salted Coffee, Monster, Sparkling Water, Powerade Sober Year 1 (Day 565) Keto Month 4 (Day 125) (175/365 Days 2026 Keto) The weight being up 3.6 lbs (1.67 kg) and waistline being up 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) kind of settled me on the idea of trying to do the TMAD diet. I did think about adding that to the title. But I'm still not sure if I'll be sticking to it. And Intermittent Fasting Keto Sobriety Blog seems like a convoluted title.  I baked bratwursts for lunch and had the regular coffee, but I skipped the regular bacon and eggs. I will admit I was seeing some weird flashes this morning. Just out of the corner of my eyes. Not sure if that was because I had skipped breakfast or because I had coffee on an empty stomach.
