Weight: 309.0 lbs ( 140.2 kg) BMI: 39.7 Waist: 52 in ( 132.1 cm) WtHr: 70.3% Breakfast: Sausage Patties and Eggs Lunch: Baked Chicken Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Apple Cider Vinegar Salted Coffee, Seltzer, Monster, Member's Mark Sparkling Water Sober Year 1 (Day 495) Keto Month 1 (Day 58) (108/365 Days 2026 Keto) Weight is up, but that might be because of the Ham Steak I had last night and the drinks I had afterwords as the saltiness made me thirsty. It really is kind of funny to be frustrated at a weight that's under 310 lbs (140.6 kg) There is a couple strips of bacon left in the fridge, but Step-Dad had told me about some sausage patties in the fridge that I could check out. I have to say that those turned out pretty nice. Nice and crispy. I went to the store to pick up some Pork Butts that were BOGO this week (Not sponsored) I also picked up some chicken thighs that were Buy One Get 2 Free (honestly not sponsored) and some chuck roasts that had digital coupons. I had...

Weight: 351 lbs ( 159.2 kg) BMI: 45.1 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHr: 78.4% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Smoked Sausages, Pringles Cheddar Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Red Bull, Power Aid Zero Orange Sober Week 1 (Day 12) YMCA: X There was leftover pizza this morning but chose to do the bacon and eggs instead. And again I woke up tired. I had sat a pan on the oven and turned it on and sat at my computer and only started cooking breakfast when I was reminded when I started to smell the pan warming up. Today was a really quiet day at work. Most people seem to be pretty chill. I did get into a couple of arguments with people. The Christmas items are naturally discounted 70% off. And a lot of people don't seem to understand that the discount is only on Christmas stuff, and can't comprehend that they can't get 70% off of Valentines Day and Spring merchandise before New Years. Apparently it's false a...

Perhaps getting back into it Oct 18, 2022

Weight: 351 lbs (159.2 kg) BMI: 45.1 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHr: 78.4% Breakfast: Bacon Lunch: X Dinner: Bratwursts Has it really been almost an entire month since I last payed attention to what I ate? I didn't wake up planning on starting up this blog again. But I was talking to my Mom on the phone about helping her setting up the house that she just moved to and she mentioned my beer habit. And that's when I noticed that I hadn't had any for a while. I just kept looking at the price of the beer and that kept me dry. After I got off the phone with her I thought I might as well start this up again as well. It might keep me on the right path once my fiances clear up.   Anyway I was going to have bacon and eggs for breakfast, but I am all out of eggs. My sister-in-law sells the eggs that her chickens lay, I might check in with her to see if I can buy some from her. Sunday night I finally got around to counting out the meals that I have in my freezer and making a meal p...

Well I started to clean the house May 2, 2022

Weight: 351.0 lbs (159.2 kg) BMI: 45.1 Waist: can't find my tape measure WtHR: “” Breakfast: bacon and eggs, can of Mt Dew Major Melon zero Lunch: Spaghetti Dinner: Leftover Spaghetti Soda: 2 L Pepsi Zero Sugar mood: well rested       A bit of a slow start to the morning. I didn't have any caffeine for most of the day yesterday, so I slept quite well last night. It is nice to wake up well rested. But “A body at rest, tends to stay at rest.” And I didn't realize this until a few hours later as I was typing this up, but when I woke up I didn't have the stiff painful feet and legs that I've been waking up with for the last while. I'm not sure if the avoiding the soda was the causation or a correlation.       I have today and tomorrow off. The “Plan” is to try to get some cleaning done. My mom is leaving for a road trip to visit my sister in another state, and I'm going to be pet sitting for her. I do this from time to time. And I al...
