I was hyper energized all day yesterday. Had a bit of a crash out when it was time to go to bed. Then at about 3am my brain and body were like, “Okay, we've slept enough.” The sleep tracking app said I fell asleep at around 1:15 and I woke up at 3am with the energy level that I usually have at 8am. I knew that this wasn't going to work so I really did try to get back to sleep. I put ASMR Historian, Astrum, and other relaxing science videos and really took the effort to try to get to sleep but ended up flopping around all night. I was surprised when I woke up and it was already 9:30am. And I had to work at 11am. I spent the most of the next hour and a half doing math of how long I have left until I have to get up and start getting ready for work. I just could not get up and going. So I didn't have time to have breakfast. I was able to get in a minute or two early to grab a pack of hot dogs and a red bull (not sponsored) Frustratingly everybody seemed to get in my way and just plod along.
