Weight: 324.2 lbs ( 147.0 kg) BMI: 41.6 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: X Lunch: AI Chili Members Mark Hot Dogs Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Sugar Free Red Bull, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 372) Keto Day 2 I got to sleep pretty quickly last night, but the watch gave me a pretty low “sleep score” for last night because I woke up early and there seemed to be some updates during the night so it interrupted the tracking. I didn't wake up, but it didn't track my sleeping so it gave me a bad score because it didn't track any sleep several times over the night. I was able to wake up pretty good this morning before work. I was kind of worried as I was scheduled to come in at 7am which is quite a bit earlier than I usually work. I did buy a Sugar Free red bull the other day when I got groceries. Sober Week 1 (Day 11) YMCA: X Another night when I had a hard time falling asleep. Not feeling stressed or anxious or anything. Just brain wasn't tired. The rest of me was dragging. But brain was doing back flips and jumping jacks Maybe why I had a weird dream. I don't usually have dreams, but when I do they're weird AF. I never have nightmares. I never wake up scared, I just wake up confused. In the dream I was stuck at a bar on the other side of town before dawn without a ride. In the bar there was one of those old soda machines where you put in money and open the door to get your coke. I got my coke, but the guy after me smashed the machine open and complained that he hurt his hand and was going to sue. I was wanting to leave ...
