Weight: 314.8 lbs ( 142.8 kg) BMI: 40.4 Waist: 52.5 in ( 133.4 cm) WtHr: 70.9% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs   Lunch: Johnsonville Irish O'Garlic Bratwursts Dinner: Corned Beef Lentil Stew Drinks: Salted Apple Cider Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Red Bull, Sober Year 1 (Day 454) Keto Week 2 (Day 17) (61/365 Days 2026 Keto) I was a little emotional when I saw the weight on the scale this morning. 314.8 lbs (142.8 kg) is the weight I was when I started tracking my weight back in 2014. So that was the weight that I had labeled the “Progress Goal” as that is the weight that I started with so any weight lower than that is finally making progress. It is kind of funny that the Spreadsheet titled “Full Weight Loss and Projection” shows a completely flat line for the projection for the rest of the year as the weight is the exact weight as the beginning back in 2014. Weight: 339.5 lbs (154.0 kg) BMI: 43.6 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHr: 77% Breakfast: Steak and Eggs Snack: Savage Slim Jim Lunch: Creepy Cauldron Dinner: Kielbasa Penne Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Powerade Zero Orange, Celsius Mango Lemonade Keto Day 0 Sober Month 2 (Day 61) Exciting progress over the last couple of days. 9.3 lbs (4.2 kg) in 5 days is exciting. That is 4.5 lbs (2 kg) down for the month. I'm sure a good chunk of that is just water weight. But losing water weight is still getting weight off of my feet. Roommate was a little irritated at me this morning. I'm running low on bacon so I decided to have a strip steak and eggs for breakfast this morning. I have to say that eggs fried in bacon and steak drippings is a good combination. But he uses a CPAP machine and I guess that the smell of the steak cooking in the seasonings was going into the machine and basically punching him in the face.
