Keto Sobriety Blog Tuesday July 7, 2026

Weight: 313.6 lbs ( 142.2 kg) BMI: 40.2 Waist: 53 in ( 134.6 cm) WtHr: 71.6% Breakfast: X Lunch: Bratwursts, Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Monster, Sparkling Water, Skipped Breakfast again today. Seemed to react better to that today than I did yesterday. I still felt mentally low all day. It took all day to edit the General Update video that I wanted to have done yesterday. Not that it needed a lot of editing, it was just that I really couldn't watch it. I am not very confident in that video. It was kind of me droning on about some of the events of last month. Baked Bratwursts for lunch. The bratwursts that I cooked yesterday (Monday) were quite burnt so I didn't cook today's for as long. But I didn't let them cool before eating so that was a bit of a challenge because they were quite warm while eating. I did take the time to run into town to restock on Monster Energy drinks (not sponsored) for my locker. And there was a digital coupon on Johnsonvil...

Keto/Sobriety Blog May 13, 2025

Weight: 332.4 lbs ( 150.7 kg) BMI: 42.7 Waist: 56 in (142.2 cm) WtHr: 75.7% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Skeats Rib Eye, House salad, cottage cheese, dinner roll Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Diet Coke, Sugar Free Red Bull Sober Month 4 (Day 146) Keto Day 2 Wow, that was a drop. I'm not going to say that it was because I was back on the diet for one day, but that was a 6 lb (2.7 kg) drop the day after I got back to the diet. Eating breakfast did kind of feel like a chore. I thought it would be good to eat. But I just didn't want to. Maybe I shouldn't eat breakfast when I feel like that. I wasn't sick, I just wasn't interested in eating it. Had lunch with Grandma. It was busy at the restaurant so it was hard to have any kind of conversation. At least there wasn't any screaming children. I was glad that I was able to stick to the diet there. For the most part, I had the roll and that doesn't work well with the diet, bu...

Trying to keep going Daily Blog 8-7-2021

Weight: 354 lbs (160.6 kg) BMI: 45.4 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHR: 77% Breakfast: Bacon, eggs, coffee with cream Lunch: Deli Prepackaged Chef Salad, Sugar free monster energy, small bag of crunchy Cheetos Dinner: Pork steaks, Heinz 57, 12pk Bud light I woke up this morning. It did take me a bit to wake up properly, but that is a bit of the “A body at rest tends to stay at rest” kind of thing. And a bit of the fact that I finished that entire package of corona hard seltzer. But when I did manage to convince myself to get up I got a text from a coworker asking me if I could come in early; she had weekend plans that she hadn't planned for. I'm a bit annoyed by this, but I am pretty close to 40 hours and I'm not exactly in the position to turn down hours (not in an a precarious place so there is no need to worry, it's just that I could be in a slightly better position financially.) And she only wants me to come in a half an hour early. Whatever, a bit annoying, but a...

Not Hungry For Dinner Daily Blog 4-26-21

Weight: 357.8 lbs (162.3 kg) BMI: 45.9 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHR 77% Breakfast: Leftover Chuck Roast Lunch: Deli Chef Salad Bowl Dinner: not hungry      A little annoyed that I've been gaining weight each day for the last several days. However the weigh in video that I had produced yesterday showed a loss from February      Having my car looked at tomorrow. The oil change is due, and it is making strange noises. It kind of sounds like it has a sore throat or something. It's not showing any indicator lights, but I thought that it would be a good idea to get it checked out before any lights came on. Last week I had set up an appointment on the garages website, but they didn't get that appointment so I had to reschedule for tomorrow.      Today is the 30 th anniversary of the Andover tornado. And I was watching footage of various tornadoes. Power of the wind really is quite awe inspiring      I'm not sure if t...
