I was scheduled to work 2pm to 10pm but I left for work quite early to give plenty of time to drive through the snowy roads. I'm not going to say that it was because I was back on the diet for one day, but that was a 6 lb (2.7 kg) drop the day after I got back to the diet. Eating breakfast did kind of feel like a chore. I thought it would be good to eat. But I just didn't want to. Maybe I shouldn't eat breakfast when I feel like that. I wasn't sick, I just wasn't interested in eating it. Had lunch with Grandma. It did take me a bit to wake up properly, but that is a bit of the “A body at rest tends to stay at rest” kind of thing. But when I did manage to convince myself to get up I got a text from a coworker asking me if I could come in early; she had weekend plans that she hadn't planned for. However the weigh in video that I had produced yesterday showed a loss from February      Having my car looked at tomorrow. The oil change is due, and it is making strange noises. It kind of sounds like it has a sore throat or something. It's not showing any indicator lights, but I thought that it would be a good idea to get it checked out before any lights came on.
