Really good weight this morning. Not quite a record for the year, but not far off. Spent a lot of time this morning re-balancing the budget as General Savings had reached the “Full” goal. It's really exciting to reach “Full” on any of the savings accounts without it needing to immediately be needed. I needed to balance things out as since it was full and I don't need to add or remove anything from General Savings I deleted all of the reminders in Quicken of the transfers into General Savings. Now if I can only get Bill Savings and ...

Not Hungry For Dinner Daily Blog 4-26-21

Weight: 357.8 lbs (162.3 kg)
BMI: 45.9
Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm)
WtHR 77%

Breakfast: Leftover Chuck Roast
Lunch: Deli Chef Salad Bowl
Dinner: not hungry

A little annoyed that I've been gaining weight each day for the last several days. However the weigh in video that I had produced yesterday showed a loss from February

Having my car looked at tomorrow. The oil change is due, and it is making strange noises. It kind of sounds like it has a sore throat or something. It's not showing any indicator lights, but I thought that it would be a good idea to get it checked out before any lights came on. Last week I had set up an appointment on the garages website, but they didn't get that appointment so I had to reschedule for tomorrow.

Today is the 30th anniversary of the Andover tornado. And I was watching footage of various tornadoes. Power of the wind really is quite awe inspiring

I'm not sure if the Deli and Produce departments are having a rivalry or not, but when I had my lunch break this evening I was walking up to the deli telling myself that I really am tired of baked chicken (it's good chicken, but just not in the mood for it this evening) I saw that the deli also had prepackaged salads. Deli salads are bigger than produce salads, and they have more selection. So it looks like I'll be picking up these more often.

As for work, this was the last Monday of the month, and holy crap people were running their heads off. Yesterday it seemed that everyone was just tired. Today, everybody was angry, this could be the worn out tired kind of angry. And today was a massive rush of people. And naturally we were short handed and had half a dozen people call in ''''Sick''''. Working at a grocery store really isn't all that hard. I just don't understand how it's EVERY SINGLE DAY we have someone call in sick. Going to work really shouldn't be asking very much.

Really wasn't hungry after work. I picked at the left over roast from last night for breakfast, for lunch I had a deli salad, but for dinner I really wasn't all that hungry. Sticking too closely to a three meal regimen could be a bad thing. I've heard of people doing a one or two meal a day regimen. Heck I got a comment on one of my videos suggesting that I follow a meal plan that seemed to have followers eating once every couple of days. I'm not sure if that last one is a good idea. But I am going to follow more of a “eat when hungry” kind of plan. Along with the carnivorous food plan that I set up for the week.
