I don't know if that's because of the tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar that I've been putting in the morning coffee, but it is an interesting correlation that after putting vinegar in the coffee I've started dropping weight like crazy. Waist is up a bit, but the gut does feel like it's sagging more in the front. Lowest weight since 2015, and the lowest ever recorded on here. It would be fun to get under the 314.8 lbs that I started at back in 2014. So lowest weight in 10 years.  Got the oil changed today. It was surprisingly slow today for being a Sunday with a big weather change come through. The desire to move out of my current apartment has grown exponentially over the last couple of days. I was going to try to talk to Roommate about it as I really didn't want it to feel like a rug pull. Something evolved this evening. I don't know if I care about his feelings anymore. I'm going to talk to Mom about her expectations if I were to move back in with her.

It's a good down. Strange the waistline is up 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) overnight.  Over the last couple of days I've been putting a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar in the morning coffee. It does make the first couple of sips rather rough. But I've been hearing a lot of good things about Apple Cider Vinegar.   Another day when I just sat around before I had to go to work. At least I worked the 11am to 8pm normal shift. It looks like it's going to suck as the day is split into a 3:5 split so I'll have 3 hours before lunch and 5 hours after lunch. Just the original story had grade school age kids, and my story had High School age kids because I was just out of High School when I was writing it. I was sitting here thinking that I was supposed to be doing something. And then, “Oh, right I'm trying to be a blogger!” Standing on the scale this morning was a bit disappointing. The problem with Keto is that it really only works when you're doing it. And I was doing quite well for the first quarter of this year. Heck I was down almost 20 pounds by mid-February. But I fell into the beer trap. And I just could not get anything done while I'm drinking beer. Beer is a downer, and I'm already a pretty down person.
