I don't quite feel sick, it's just that whenever I bend down to pick anything up it feels like somebody smacked me with a 2x4 in the front of my face. When I woke up this morning and saw the weather I realized that there would be no better day to help Grandma setting up her Christmas decorations. I grabbed some Cold and Flu medicine on the way to Grandma's. Before I left the house I looked up the medicine on the store's website to see prices. I had to chuckle because there's only one review on that double pack of medicine. It's about half of the price as the name brand with the same active ingredients. What was funny about the review was that the medicine worked, but it tasted b...

Weight: 334.4 lbs ( 151.7 kg) BMI: 42.9 Waist: 54 in (137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Low Carb Jambalaya   Dinner: Cheeseburger Patties Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Month 10 (Day 306) That was kind of weird I woke up this morning thinking about some Fanfictions that I had written quite some time ago. What was strange was that I hadn't really been active on the FanFiction site in over a decade. It was just a random thought that I woke up to. And then this afternoon I got an email that somebody had added one of my stories from almost 20 years ago to their favorites list. It was just kind of a fan version of the Digimon Anime. Just the original story had grade school age kids, and my story had High School age kids because I was just out of High School when I was writing it. It didn't really have a plan behind the story so it never got past the second chapter when the kids got transported into the Digital World. I tried to...

Weight: 335.4 lbs ( 152.1 kg) BMI: 43.1 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Low Carb Jambalaya   Dinner: Hormel Pork Loin Garlic Ginger Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Month 10 (Day 303) Woke up in a pretty good mood. It's kind of a dark cloudy morning, but I feel like I'm coming out of a dark tunnel. (It might help that I love this kind of weather) But it really does feel like I've been hunkered down sheltered in and tiptoeing between landmines, and now it feels like that's coming to an end. It was kind of fun to look at the spending comparison and right now I'm only $54 overspent compared to last year and the money that I'm going to save on beer over the rest over the rest of the month I think I'm going to finally beat that. Of course the bills next week might make that a challenge. The last couple of days I took advantage of the Buy Two Get One sale on Monster Energy (not sponsored) so...

I'm scheduled 10:30 to 7:30. But what is really strange is that they have me scheduled to work five and half hours and before lunch and then two and a half hours after lunch. It's nice to have a long first half, but coming back to work for basically the length of a feature film seems pointless. Transferring Money into the savings accounts this morning because today is payday. I have to say that was kind of exciting. I did debate wither to go ahead and leave myself the weekly allowance this morning or wait until after work to transfer and just spend what I like today and just save the rest. But I figured it would be wiser to go ahead and do the transfer in the morning so I don't over s...

I've been spending WAY too much time zombie scrolling. I'm not going to fully abandon all of the social medias, they're my only window to the outside world, but I spend WAY too much time staring at my phone. A normal day I usually wake up around 8am, but then lay there until I have to go to work scrolling through twitter. This has to end. I still spent all day pulling my phone out of my pocket and looking through the apps. So...today was Labor Day. What did I do for Labor Day? I worked, yes I worked for Labor Day. Yeah, that does mean that I lAbOrEd oN lAbOr DaY! That is so cre...

I was sitting here thinking that I was supposed to be doing something. And then, “Oh, right I'm trying to be a blogger!” Standing on the scale this morning was a bit disappointing. The problem with Keto is that it really only works when you're doing it. And I was doing quite well for the first quarter of this year. Heck I was down almost 20 pounds by mid-February. But I fell into the beer trap. And I just could not get anything done while I'm drinking beer. Beer is a downer, and I'm already a pretty down person. I keep telling myself that I'm too busy to get anything done, but in reality I'm just down from drinking too much beer. I was d...
