wrote out the post, but forgot to post it last night, so I'll go ahead and post it now Weight: 336.2 lbs ( 152.5 kg) BMI: 43.2 Waist: 55.5 in ( 141 cm) WtHr: 75% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: St Louis Pork Ribs Dinner: St Louis Pork Ribs Drinks: a can of caffeine free diet coke, pot of coffee, 4500ml water      Had a late breakfast as I woke up with a feeling that I needed to get up and start running around. I just felt that I needed to get out and do something, but I really didn't have anything to do. I did forget that I was going to buy some baking soda to try to clean off my Pyrex pans, but by the time I realized that I forgot the one thing that I was going to do today I had spent way too much on other things. Thankfully I already have some baking soda in my cabinet.
