And it's nice that both the scale and waistline is measuring down. Typically lately when the scale is down the waist is up. Happiness is not a number on the scale/tape measure, but it is nice to have progress again. Not quite progress as I'm still up 1.8 lbs for the month, but down 12.9 lbs for the year. Really reinforcing my savings plan. But was able to go back to sleep until the proper 8am. I was able to have breakfast. And was excited to see the “down” on the scale. The back of my hands felt like sandpaper this morning. I put some of the lotions that Mom gave me a couple of months ago. For a while I was doing a bit of an experiment with them doing the “Healing Lotion” on my right hand and the “Moisturizing Lotion” on my left hand. I am so ready for spring, it's not even funny. They are talking about more snow this weekend. It did warm up a little later in the afternoon, but that wind was going bananas all day long. I slept with the latex gloves on. The hands still look rough, but at least the skin doesn't hurt. The sleep tracker app is saying that I didn't fall asleep until 2:45, which is a bit of a surprise as I didn't think that I had a hard time falling asleep. Another oddity was that even though I was fully awake both mentally and physically. I was just sitting here for a good several hours. I'd be sitting here, blink, and wow that was 45 minutes ago I need to get going and get things done, blink, that was an hour and a half ago.      I decided that I was kind of tired of bacon and eggs every day so I decided to have some of the diced ham that I had left over from yesterday's salad fried in butter, with some diced green bell...
