It was a continuation of yesterday's allergy issues. And all day long I had a voice like I smoke three packs a day. This is on top of a voice that no one can hear on a normal day. But when I got to work I put on a mask and that massively helped with my symptoms. I didn't bother with a mask yesterday and I felt like re-fried dog poo. So that proves, to me at least, that a face mask helps with my allergy symptoms. Someone saw that I was wearing a mask and asked me if I was sick. I told him that the mask helps with my allergies.
