Sure it is lower than the beginning of the month, and WAY lower than the beginning of the year. But come on, I want to go back to being under 300 lbs (136.1 kg). Not sure if anyone cares, or if I should even bother. I tell myself that I'm doing it to get in the habit of counting calories. But I rarely get very driven to keep up on this. I would “like” to do keto. But that does take a bit of doing to get into the habit of eating certain things. And a lot of my problems in general is getting into a habit of doing things. My main problem is the sin of Sloth. I spend way too much time just sitting around waiting for things to get better.
