As I was leaving the gym I was feeling like I was drunk. But by the time I got to work I felt normal PHYSICALLY . But there was something going on with my mind and spirit. Weight: 335.8 lbs (153.5 kg) BMI: 43.1 Waist: 56 in (142.2 cm) WtHr: 75.7% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Tootn' Chili Turkey Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: Pot of Coffee black, Kroger Energy Shot, Kroger Seltzer Water Cranberry Lime Weeks Sober 2 (Day 20) I did a bit of re-tweaking to the 2023 and 2024 weight loss tracking spreadsheets before work. For the 2023 spreadsheet I had the wrong number for the BMI goal. It was only off by 2.3 so not a big change and for the 2024 Spreadsheet I was going to change the Waist to Height Ratio tracking to Waist to Hip Ratio, but I've been doing Waist to Height Ratio for so long I think changing what WtHR means would just cause confusion. It's kind of unfortunate that both Height and Hip both start with the letter “H” otherwise it wouldn't be a big deal. Oh well, that just changes a thing that I was going to change back to the thing that I was already doing. And I'm very grateful for the “Find/Replace” tool on Open Office it

Weight: 335.4 lbs ( 152.1 kg) BMI: 43.1 Waist: 57 in ( 144.8 cm) WtHr: 77% Breakfast: X Lunch: Tuna Casserole Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: ~6300ml water Slept in a bit this morning. Good levels of mental energy, but my legs were telling me that I really should have spent more time yesterday sitting down. Didn't get up in time to get breakfast done. I was actually technically late for work. It was only 5 minutes, but you get a half of a point for logging in 5 or more minutes late. So a little more than annoying that it rolled over the 5 minute mark as I was logging in. So if that lady wasn't blocking the door to the back room, or if the hallway to the break room was a couple of feet shorter I wouldn't have been late. Oh well, I don't think that I have enough tardy points to get worried just yet. I think you have to get 12 points before they fire you. And somehow I don't think I personally am going to get fired because I'm 5 minutes late from time to time. I

But I did at least get one pan cleaned to have some bacon and eggs. I didn't get the General Update blog done. I just couldn't think of anything to say.      I seriously can't think of anything to say. Today was a very bland day. Nothing really happened. Sure it was kind of busy in the store, but it was the first Monday of the month it's kind of supposed to be. Today's weight is up. A little concerned about that, but weight fluctuates daily that's kind of why everybody is against a daily weigh in.      I think I'll just leave it. It seemed like everything I touched I was knocking something else over. Every thing I typed out was misspelled or worded wrong or said it in the right way. When I was making it I wasn't very confident that I had made a very good video. But when I got home this evening and looked over it again it doesn't seem that bad. It's really important to get that thing done before I get ready for work. Whatever I do I need to get that one thing done before I leave. I have no idea what that thing is. I just can't shake the feeling that there's something important that I need to be doing.      Yesterday I was enjoying the weather and opened up the windows and turned off the heater. When I went to bed last night I forgot to close the windows so it was a bit chilly in the house this morning. He suggested that we go to Village Inn for breakfast. And all of the way from the rental place to the restaurant I was thinking I just need to order off of the Al Le Carte section of the menu. But when we got there I chickened out from ordering anything fancy. And it's been quite some time since I've had a chicken fried steak. The waitress asked me if I wanted pancakes or biscuits and gravy.
