Weight: 329 lbs ( 149.2 kg) BMI: 42.2 Waist: 54 in (137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Baked Chicken Quarters  Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Unsweetened Tea Sober Month 8 (Day 267) Keto Week 3 (Day 22) The last couple of days I've noticed that my feet hasn't hurt in the morning. Not sure if that's because I've been off and not walking around all of the time or because I'm back to the Keto. Last week my feet were hurting so I'm not sure that it's completely because of the diet. Here are some things that I had forgotten to mention yesterday because the evening caught up with me quite quickly: I had gotten a new Debit card in the mail and I was out of seltzer so I ran over to the store to activate the card and get more water. Out of habit I had used the store's app to pay for the water and I was heading out of the store when I caught myself and went to the ATM and activated my card.  And...

Weight: 351.0 lbs ( 159.2 kg) BMI: 45.1 Waist: 58 in ( 147.3 cm) WtHR: 78.4% Breakfast: Bacon Lunch: Artichoke Bacon Chicken Soup Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: coffee with cream Had to do a bit more dishes before I could cook breakfast. Running low on bacon. The call I was expecting discussing the scores for my computer skills test came as an email. The data entry scores were quite high, which makes sense for someone who has been a cashier for WAY too long. The words per minute was at 29 net wpm. Which is not great, but not terrible. My Excel knowledge was at 71% which kind of bummed me out because a 71% is a C- score, but the lady with the HR group said that the scores aren't “A,B,C,D” and a 71% is really quite good. And I scored 81% on my MS Word quiz. Which I feel is a good score either way. This afternoon I helped change some light bulbs for Grandma. I live in a very blessed family. Everyone I know always complains about their interactions with their family, but I have y...

Perhaps getting back into it Oct 18, 2022

Weight: 351 lbs (159.2 kg) BMI: 45.1 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHr: 78.4% Breakfast: Bacon Lunch: X Dinner: Bratwursts Has it really been almost an entire month since I last payed attention to what I ate? I didn't wake up planning on starting up this blog again. But I was talking to my Mom on the phone about helping her setting up the house that she just moved to and she mentioned my beer habit. And that's when I noticed that I hadn't had any for a while. I just kept looking at the price of the beer and that kept me dry. After I got off the phone with her I thought I might as well start this up again as well. It might keep me on the right path once my fiances clear up.   Anyway I was going to have bacon and eggs for breakfast, but I am all out of eggs. My sister-in-law sells the eggs that her chickens lay, I might check in with her to see if I can buy some from her. Sunday night I finally got around to counting out the meals that I have in my freezer and making a meal p...

Weight: 351.6 lbs (159.2 kg) BMI: 45.1 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHr: 78% Breakfast: Egg Stuff Lunch: “” Dinner: Nachos Soda: Diet Pepsi mood: relived I did NOT sleep well last night. I wrote that I drank a 2 liter of Pepsi zero on yesterday's blog, but after I posted that I drank the better part of a 2 liter of diet Pepsi, and WOW. I flipped and flopped until probably 4 in the morning. I really need to stop drinking pop. The money I withdrew from my stocks landed in my checking account before the checks I wrote to pay my electric and gas bills last week. That was my main concern for the last week or two. Sure I technically had enough in my checking account to account for those two checks. But it was getting TIGHT. It got so tight I had even suspended my YouTube plus subscription. I thought about turning it back on, but no watching a month of ads on YouTube is going to be my punishment for letting my finances get so bad. Made a video on how to make Egg Stu...
