Weight: 301.4 lbs ( 136.7 kg) BMI: 38.7 Waist: 51.0 in ( 129.5 cm) WtHr: 68.9% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs https://youtu.be/l5bQ0Y0FXWQ Lunch: Bratwursts Dinner: Member's Mark Hot Dogs Drinks: Salted Coffee, Monster, Sparkling Water, Sober Year 1 (Day 607) Keto Month 5 (Day 173) (218/365 Days 2026 Keto) A little annoyed that the weight is back in the 300's, but that's scale fluctuations for you. And why I didn't consider that goal “beaten” just yet. It is kind of fun to be “frustrated” by a weight of 301.4. The average weight for the year has finally gotten below 2015 so this is the second lowest year by average so far. I was kind of nervous about my schedule for next week. I was on vacation this week so I didn't have any hours and when they released the schedule yesterday it didn't show any hours for next week. But the week after that had hours. I wasn't sure what was going on I reloaded the app several times and checked the website, but that website ...

Weight: 351.0 lbs ( 159.2 kg) BMI: 45.1 Waist: 58 in ( 147.3 cm) WtHR: 78.4% Breakfast: Bacon Lunch: Artichoke Bacon Chicken Soup Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: coffee with cream Had to do a bit more dishes before I could cook breakfast. Running low on bacon. The call I was expecting discussing the scores for my computer skills test came as an email. The data entry scores were quite high, which makes sense for someone who has been a cashier for WAY too long. The words per minute was at 29 net wpm. Which is not great, but not terrible. My Excel knowledge was at 71% which kind of bummed me out because a 71% is a C- score, but the lady with the HR group said that the scores aren't “A,B,C,D” and a 71% is really quite good. And I scored 81% on my MS Word quiz. Which I feel is a good score either way. This afternoon I helped change some light bulbs for Grandma. I live in a very blessed family. Everyone I know always complains about their interactions with their family, but I have y...

Perhaps getting back into it Oct 18, 2022

Weight: 351 lbs (159.2 kg) BMI: 45.1 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHr: 78.4% Breakfast: Bacon Lunch: X Dinner: Bratwursts Has it really been almost an entire month since I last payed attention to what I ate? I didn't wake up planning on starting up this blog again. But I was talking to my Mom on the phone about helping her setting up the house that she just moved to and she mentioned my beer habit. And that's when I noticed that I hadn't had any for a while. I just kept looking at the price of the beer and that kept me dry. After I got off the phone with her I thought I might as well start this up again as well. It might keep me on the right path once my fiances clear up.   Anyway I was going to have bacon and eggs for breakfast, but I am all out of eggs. My sister-in-law sells the eggs that her chickens lay, I might check in with her to see if I can buy some from her. Sunday night I finally got around to counting out the meals that I have in my freezer and making a meal p...

Weight: 351.6 lbs (159.2 kg) BMI: 45.1 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHr: 78% Breakfast: Egg Stuff Lunch: “” Dinner: Nachos Soda: Diet Pepsi mood: relived I did NOT sleep well last night. I wrote that I drank a 2 liter of Pepsi zero on yesterday's blog, but after I posted that I drank the better part of a 2 liter of diet Pepsi, and WOW. I flipped and flopped until probably 4 in the morning. I really need to stop drinking pop. The money I withdrew from my stocks landed in my checking account before the checks I wrote to pay my electric and gas bills last week. That was my main concern for the last week or two. Sure I technically had enough in my checking account to account for those two checks. But it was getting TIGHT. It got so tight I had even suspended my YouTube plus subscription. I thought about turning it back on, but no watching a month of ads on YouTube is going to be my punishment for letting my finances get so bad. Made a video on how to make Egg Stu...
