Weight: 323.2 lbs ( 146.6 kg) BMI: 41.5 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Baked Chicken Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer,Sugar Free Monster, Large Sugar Free Red Bull Sober Month 10 (Day 328) It was exciting to weigh in this morning as this is the lowest weight in the last two years. Heck, it's the lowest weight of the 2020's decade if I'm looking at my numbers right. And this time over 2024 and 2023 I was gaining considerably amounts of weight. Kind of blows my theory that the reason that I was gaining weight this time of year my body was getting ready for winter. I know that humans don't hibernate, but I would have assumed that we do have some of feature that would add some insulation in the winter. But no I was just eating and drinking too much in the previous years. (definitely drinking too much) It was exciting to do the grocery shopping as the total came to $92 when I usually budget for $150. It'...

Weight: 323.8 lbs ( 146.9 kg) BMI: 41.6 Waist: 54 in (137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Cabbage Soup  Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull Sober Month 10 (Day 327) I feel like I slept a lot better last night than I have previous nights. Sleep tracker still says that I didn't fall asleep until close to 3am even though I went to bed around midnight. I do remember waking up in the night to run to the restroom so that might have reset the sleep counter so when I got up to use the restroom and went back to bed it thought the second half was the sleep for the night. The scale was nice. I mean it is frustrating to have the exact same number as it was yesterday. But that still is the lowest weight of this year and last. I went to bed last night before the AI finished the download file for the Financial Projection. This morning it kept having a hard time coming up with that file. It also offered to make tha...

Weight: 329.4 lbs ( 149.4 kg) BMI: 42.3 Waist: 54 in (137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Keto Paleo Gumbo   Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Month 10 (Day 311) Woke up this morning conformable, all of the bills are paid, the freezer is full of food, car is full of gas, and there is money in all of my banking accounts. (Donations still appreciated) Heck even my phone is charged to 100% Today is good. And I don't even have that feeling that a boot is about to drop. Everything is just so good this morning. The only thing that I have to pay yet is the Rent and the Car Registration is due this month, but those are both well within the budget over the next couple of weeks. If everything goes to plan this month is going to look kind of strange with the bills as all of the bills for November were paid in October and the bills for December will be paid the first week of December so it will kind of look like there weren...

Weight: 337.2 lbs ( 139.7 kg) BMI: 43.3 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Taco Chili Cheese Curl Chips Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Month 10 (Day 301) Dang that was a jump on the scale. I'm thinking about getting back into Keto. I'm not going to jump immediately back into it as I still have several boxes of Hamburger Helper (not sponsored) and some other Non-Keto meals that are going to be the cheaper options. I don't think that I'll start up the Keto Count until Roommate goes back to work, but I am going to try to buy and eat more meat biased meals. I'm just going to have to research some cheaper dinners. Of course I say that and then at lunch I buy some cheese curls The weight is still 13.8 lbs (6.3 kg) down from last year and 8.27 lbs (3.75 kg) down from average, but still it is frustrating that all of that progress over the last couple of months was wiped out so quickly...

And they quickly found out that there was a Soviet experiment that went sideways and there were dinosaurs all over the jungle. So it was a Vietnam war movie mixed with Jurassic Park. It, surprisingly, had a lot of character de...

Weight: 328.2 lbs ( 148.8 kg) BMI: 42.1 Waist: 54.0 in (137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs   Lunch: Keto Goulash Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull, Kroger Energy Shot Sober Month 9 (Day 284) Keto Day 3 Scale is giving me a bunch of random numbers again. But 328.2 lbs (148.8 kg) seemed to be the most consistent number. If I were to cherry pick it would have been 315.2 lbs (143 kg) THAT would have been nice, but would have been very dishonest. And it wouldn't have done me any favors. I did get around to taking inventory of the freezer and making a meal plan for the week. I was going to try to keep this next grocery run to be under $75, but it looks like the stocking up is going to be a bit expensive. So I think this Tuesday's trip I'm going to do the regular $150. But the things I'm going to buy are going to last a couple of weeks instead of the single week trip that I usually budget for. So p...

I know that happiness is not a number on the scale, but the weight this morning resets the entire weight for the month. Still down 10.3 lbs for the year. I'm not sure if it was the bad breakfast that I had yesterday or what caused the weight gain today. Or if it explained the pain today. But my left foot was really sore all day long. And later in the evening my right butt cheek started feeling sore. Possibly because of compensating for the sore foot. Too wiped out from work to make a full post. I was scheduled to close the desk so I was supposed to get off at 9pm, but right at 8:30 when I was going to start doing the closing reports there was a swa...

I was just flopping around all night long. I do remember my alarm going off at 8am. I blinked and then woke up at 10am. Today's weight is a good weigh in as it is the lowest weight of the year so far. Since I slept in and had a hard time getting up and going I didn't have time to drink as much coffee as I normally would have. I had the strip steak and eggs. I didn't get a chance to cook the eggs as thoroughly as I normally would have. The flavor of easy cooked eggs are good, but they're harder to eat in a hurry. And all during the first half of the day at work I was just dead tired. There were some seriously busy moments, but there wa...

I'm hoping that'll just make September look better. Fairly certain that a good chunk of the weight gain this morning is due to seasonal allergies head is quite full of snot this morning. Not really a remarkable day. Yeah, it was Labor Day. And I did have some people point out the “irony” that I was working on labor day. But not as much as I was expecting. Kind of low mental energy all day today. I grabbed a scrap of paper to take notes of the day, but didn't write anything down. My left foot and left hip were really getting sore by the end of the evening at work Really tired today. Not sure if I'm just recovering from vacation, getting eff...

I was going to stack up the data from one of them to get an idea of what an average weight per day was and maybe get a projection of the future weights. I had worked on that spreadsheet for the better part of two days...without saving. I really need to start remembering to save projects. I had all three original spreadsheets and the Daily Blog open and they all decided to crash just scrapping the data from the last two days. I'm going to pass on making that new spreadsheet it was just coming out as just a bunch of noisy data and the graphs on that spreadsheet just didn't want to work out. I'll just stick wi...

Not really “sad” per say. Just not feeling anything. Just really emotionally numb. Not sure what's going on there. It's kind of like the “Seasonal Effective Disorder” that I usually struggle with during the winter but it's the middle of summer. I just have a heavy case of “Don't wanna to” I have to go to work, but I don't wanna to, I could play video games, but I don't wanna to. I've been going to bed around 10:30 or 11pm, but it's still almost 2am before I fall asleep. I'm kind of frustrated with finances. Last week I payed the water bill, this week I payed the Rent and Phone bill, next week I'll b...

But I was looking at it as I was waking up and I can't honestly say I understood half of what it was trying to say. I'm just praying that it isn't full of micro-transactions When I did get around to waking up I had a rather unnerving email. It was the “meeting notes for review” of a PayPal transaction of a bitcoin purchase. I'm not seeing any activity on my PayPal account or on my bank account. The most I can tell is that this is some sort of phishing attempt. Yeah, I would NEVER buy bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency. The email said call the 800 number to dispute the charge, but ...

But still down for the month and amazing progress for the year. The bacon was looking a bit rough when I cooked it this morning. It was just kind of gray while it cooked. I don't know if it's going bad on me, but I'm hoping it can stick it out until Tuesday. I did get around to getting the guts to share my opinion on what is probably going to happen when/if President Trump gets his way with the tariffs  Amazing weather outside today. It was nice enough to open up the windows and turn off the heater. When I came home for lunch Roommate was taking a nap, but I heard a strange banging coming from upstairs. It sounded like he kept slamming his door. But then I remembered that I had my wind...

It seemed to have a hard time picking a number. And when it did it kept giving wildly different numbers. Ranging from 345 lbs (156.5 kg) to 312 lbs (141.5 kg) But the 334.4 seemed to be the most common number that it showed. Who knows how accurate that is though. However the waist measuring tape doesn't fluctuate. And that was showing a loss. Down to 55.5 inches (141 cm) And I have noticed that the gut has been changing shape over the last couple of days. Printing the rest of the parts of the helmet went a lot faster today than it did yesterday. So the shell of the helmet is printed off. I'm going to have to research on how to glue the parts together. I've seen videos on ho...
