Very down for the year. But could still be better. Still debating on doing TMAD. Two Meals a Day. If I choose to do that should I skip Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner. Does it matter which one I choose to skip? How important is consistency in that? Is the idea of skipping meals to try to lose weight a eating disorder?
