Weight: 336.2 lbs (152.5 kg) BMI: 43.2 Waist: 55.5 in (141 cm) WtHr: 75% Breakfast: Bratwursts Lunch: Pork Steaks Dinner: 3x Burger Patties with Cheddar and Pepper Jack Cheese slices Drinks: 4x Pepsi Zero, 4x Pepsi Cherry Zero, 4x Dr Pepper Zero, 4x Dt Mt Dew Sober Day 6 Having a hard time getting up and going. I'm not a fan of the term, “Keto Flu” I mean the alliteration of “Keto Cold” fits so much better. This might be TMI but I struggled with the craps today. Knees and back are popping and cracking like crazy also. I do wonder if this is because of a lowering of pressure on the joints or some other result of lowering carbs The last day or two have had rather impressive drop in weight. Not sure if that is due to the “magic” of the keto diet, or just because I'm not eating the rather ridiculous amount of food that I eat when I'm not doing my diet. Weight: 336.2 lbs (152.5 kg) BMI: 43.3 Waist: 57.5 in (146.1 cm) WtHr: 76.4% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Green Bean Casserole Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Couple cups of Coffee black, A couple of cans of Kroger Seltzer Water Strawberry Lemonade Weeks Sober 2 (Day 15) Had a hard time getting the weekly weigh in done today. Kind of a hard time getting up and going. It was nice to be down almost a pound and a half from last week. It had been a frustrating trend for a while each week I've been down for each week, but the weight had been up from the Saturday's post. But this week I'm down for the week and also for the day. I am grateful that today was another slow and smooth day at work. When I got there I was told that the Customer Service Manager was wanting me to update the closing reports for the new year. I just felt that I needed to get out and do something, but I really didn't have anything to do. I did forget that I was going to buy some baking soda to try to clean off my Pyrex pans, but by the time I realized that I forgot the one thing that I was going to do today I had spent way too much on other things. Thankfully I already have some baking soda in my cabinet. It'd suck to spend money on stuff that I already had.      The thing is when I got home I thought I'd try to finish off the diet sodas that had made me feel so down over the last several

I just felt that I needed to get out and do something, but I really didn't have anything to do. I did forget that I was going to buy some baking soda to try to clean off my Pyrex pans, but by the time I realized that I forgot the one thing that I was going to do today I had spent way too much on other things. Weight: 336.2 lbs Mood: Lazy Breakfast: Pot of Coffee Lunch: Pork Spare Ribs Dinner: Leftover ribs Notes: whoo-hoo for the first time this year I weighed less than I did at the beginning of the year. I didn't get around to posting yesterday's food blog because I kind of had to hit the ground running to get things done around the house and get to work, and then someone called in last night so I had to stay late. Didn't get much done today. It was a day off. It felt like the first day off in a really long time. I really just sat here watching YouTube all day. I did play a bit of Halo 2, but I started to get angry and frustrated with it so I went back to watching YouTube. Today was meant to be my day off, not the day to get angry at video games. It doesn't look like I ate that much if you look at what I wrote down, but that is an entire rack of Pork spare ribs. I was planning on going to the store and picking up the things to make a Keto BBQ
