So won't be able to say much in this post. But good to see the weight finally go in the right direction. Didn't track time very well this morning so I didn't have time to cook anything for lunch today. So I grabbed some hot dogs, pork rinds, and queso for lunch. I don't know why it took so long for me to try the combination of pork rinds and queso. There was a crazy lady at the store. She spent about four hours shopping up two whole cart loads of groceries with two little children I feel bad for the kids trapped in the cart with the crazy lady. Had kind of a freaky moment last night. As I was going to bed I noticed a “sleep” mode on my watch. It made the watch face turn off, which I appreciated as it does randomly turn on which is distracting when I'm trying to fall asleep. But what was strange is that phone turned black and white.

Had a bit of a hard time falling asleep last night. A memory of a frustrating customer popped into my mind and I was thinking of all of the things that I said to him, could have said to him, should have said to him, and the stuff I'm glad I didn't say to him. But the idea of him kept railing me up. I was tired, but I couldn't sleep because of the angry ideas going through my mind.

Woke up this morning and my gut was making a lot of weird gurgling noises. And I was surprised to see that my waistline was up 2 whole inches. That brings me back to where I was at the beginning of the year. I know that it isn't going to stay at that level, but it makes the spreadsheet suck because it looks like I haven't had any progress for the year.

I was dead tired all day long today. I'm pretty sure that fell asleep on my feet a couple of times during the first half of the day.

At lunch I decided to start doing meal tracking on the app on my phone again. Dr Berry says that calorie counting isn't important, but I am curious. Today's serving of Cordon Bleu Soup was quite nice. It was a lot better than the last time I had some. I think the last time I had it that particular serving sat in the fridge too long.

I was pretty out of it for the second half of the day as well. I don't feel sick other than just dead tired. I picked up a Sugar Free Red Bull in the evening. But that just made be barely break even.

Baked some Flounder Fillets for dinner. I picked up a bag of salad to go with. Took a bit of self control to avoid picking up some Mac and Cheese. Even now it seems like a great combination for someone who isn't avoiding carbohydrates. I just had some bagged American Style Salad with some Ranch Dressing. It was only supposed to take 10 minuets to cook, but it was closer to 20 minutes by the time it was done. Which is still a lot faster than bratwursts or steaks.
