I'm not sure if I should go back to yesterday's post to correct that or just let it go. It's a bit odd that the check that I wrote on Tuesday for Groceries hadn't came through today. Usually when I write a check on Tuesday it'll go through on Thursday when I get paid. I'm not too worried about it coming through, it's just another day or two when I'm going to be doing extra math to see how much I have left in the checking account. I worked 1pm to 9pm today. Should Have Done an A La Carte Breakfast Daily Keto Blog February 23, 2023

Weight: 332.6 lbs ( 150.9 kg) BMI: 42.7 Waist: 55.5in ( 141 cm) WtHr: 75% Breakfast: Village Inn Denver omelet, Unsweetened Ice Tea, hash browns, pancakes with syrup Lunch: Chili with cottage cheese Dinner: Baked chicken Drinks: 2x Kroger energy shots, ~3600ml water      My roommate, who is a trucker, is on home time this week. And we went to Village Inn for breakfast. I had the Denver Omelet meal. Again not very Keto. I didn't see the A La Carte section on the menu until after I ordered. I'm used to just ordering a meal from the menu. And lately I've been seeing that is getting more and more popular online to order from the A La Carte section off of menus. It looks like it's cheaper and easier to follow the Keto diet when eating out by doing this. And yeah the omelet is good on Keto, but the Hash Browns and Syrup covered Pancakes were definitely not. I do have to say that the pancakes at Village Inn were better than the ones at the Truck Stop that I had last week...
