Weight: 310.7 lbs ( 140.9 kg) BMI: 39.9 Waist: 52 in ( 132.1 cm) WtHr: 70.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs   Lunch: Hormel Pork Loin Garlic Herb Dinner: Grilled Cheeseburger Patties Drinks: Apple Cider Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 474) Keto Month 1 (Day 38) (82/365 Days 2026 Keto) Grrr, up three pounds from yesterday. Sill under the “Morbid Obese” so still making progress. What was exciting was that my waist was at 52 inches (132.1 cm) I'm pretty sure that's the lowest waistline that I've recorded on here. In Mom's Laundry room there is a rack of stuff that blocked off the breaker panel and as the plumber was scheduled to come out this morning we had to get the stuff off of the rack to move that rack so he could turn off the breaker to the water well. Should Have Done an A La Carte Breakfast Daily Keto Blog February 23, 2023

Weight: 332.6 lbs ( 150.9 kg) BMI: 42.7 Waist: 55.5in ( 141 cm) WtHr: 75% Breakfast: Village Inn Denver omelet, Unsweetened Ice Tea, hash browns, pancakes with syrup Lunch: Chili with cottage cheese Dinner: Baked chicken Drinks: 2x Kroger energy shots, ~3600ml water      My roommate, who is a trucker, is on home time this week. And we went to Village Inn for breakfast. I had the Denver Omelet meal. Again not very Keto. I didn't see the A La Carte section on the menu until after I ordered. I'm used to just ordering a meal from the menu. And lately I've been seeing that is getting more and more popular online to order from the A La Carte section off of menus. It looks like it's cheaper and easier to follow the Keto diet when eating out by doing this. And yeah the omelet is good on Keto, but the Hash Browns and Syrup covered Pancakes were definitely not. I do have to say that the pancakes at Village Inn were better than the ones at the Truck Stop that I had last week...
