This is not going to be a very long post I was a shambling zombie the entire day. People kept asking me if I was sick. I don't feel sick, I am just so damned tired. A coworker suggested that if I'm jumping back into the Keto diet my blood sugar might be getting really low. If this continues I'll have to try to bring this up with the doctor when I get my appointment in a couple of weeks. Weight: 343.6 lbs (155.9 kg) BMI: 44.1 Waist: 57 in ( 144.8 cm) WtHr: 77% Breakfast: X Lunch: Hot Dogs Dinner: Mac and cheese Pork Steak Drinks: Cup of coffee, a couple glasses of water    Excited that I got the second weigh in video done in a row. I really do want this to be a weekly series, but I just can't seem to get around to doing it. Weekly Weigh Ins really aren't that hard, it's just a matter of getting out of bed before I have to get running for work.      It looks like the two nights that I ate spaghetti led to quite a bit of weight increase three and half pounds in two days as apposed to the loss of an average of nearly a pound per day for must of the days this week so naturally I picked up a box of mac and cheese on the way home this evening.      The plan this evening was going to be cook dinner proper; a pork steak, and an impromptu box of mac and cheese that I decided to pick up for no reason, and while those cook I was going to start up the Instan
