Weight: 324.6 lbs ( 147.2 kg) BMI: 41.7 Waist: 54 in ( 137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Southwestern Detox Soup   Dinner: Smithfield Pork Loin Apple-Wood Smoked Bacon Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 386) Keto Day 2 (5/365 Days 2026 Keto) Weight is up 1 pound (~0.5 kg) I'm not too worried about the day to day ups and downs. I see an up weight like a opposing team in football getting a touchdown. Yeah, it kind of sucks, but the game isn't over yet. Mom made a Facebook post saying that she's not going to weigh in outside of her doctor's visits. And I understand and respect that as she's focusing on “Non Scale Victories” And I respect that, but I personally like to see the line move over time.  This morning my feet weren't hurting as much as previous days. Dinner: Mac and cheese Pork Steak
Drinks: Cup of coffee, a couple glasses of water

   Excited that I got the second weigh in video done in a row. I really do want this to be a weekly series, but I just can't seem to get around to doing it. Weekly Weigh Ins really aren't that hard, it's just a matter of getting out of bed before I have to get running for work.

    It looks like the two nights that I ate spaghetti led to quite a bit of weight increase three and half pounds in two days as apposed to the loss of an average of nearly a pound per day for must of the days this week so naturally I picked up a box of mac and cheese on the way home this evening.

    The plan this evening was going to be cook dinner proper; a pork steak, and an impromptu box of mac and cheese that I decided to pick up for no reason, and while those cook I was going to start up the Instant Pot for some of the chili that I had bought the ingredients for. But when I sat down at my computer I was just done, so very done. Maybe I can wake up early enough tomorrow to set up the instant pot. I really do need to get these recipes cooked up. And I really need to stop buying more food when I have a refrigerator full of food that is just waiting for me to cook it.

    Work was alright, we only had one person call in sick. And obviously nobody else wanted to work, so we kind of had to teamwork the self checkout lane. The frustrating thing about the girl that called in, was the fact that she was begging for hours and today was one of the shifts she was begging to cover. And the girl that I was told that was checked into a mental hospital, really wasn't it was just her mother making her quit so she can go off to Job Corps. But what is frustrating about her (other than her just quitting without notice.) She keeps coming back to the store with her boyfriend and just, “wanted to hang out tee hee hee” This week I'm scheduled for 40 hours and it'll be the first week of the year that isn't going to have holiday pay, so I'm going to try to avoid overtime; just so I can judge to see what a normal paycheck will look like. (But if I need to stay late, I'm not going to complain about extra pay)
