I know that it's going to be a “Vitamin P” kind of thing, but it would be nice if the waist line was as dynamic as the scale. I have noticed over the last couple of days the gut had been more “Saggy” and soft. Good news is that means I'm losing fat, bad news is that it's going to start drooping under my shirt if I'm not careful. But I'll take saggy gut over sore feet any day of the week. And on that point feet and shins felt amazing this morning. It sucked last night a screw came out of the back of my computer chair. I was able to put the screw back in. And it seems to be holding, but for a while I was thinking that I was going to have to buy a new one. That would kind ...

Weight: 342.4 lbs ( 155.3 kg)
BMI: 44
Waist: 56 in ( 142.2 cm)
WtHr: 76%

Breakfast: Bacon and eggs
Lunch: Instant Pot Chili
Dinner: Baked Chicken
Drinks: 2 cups coffee, sparking water, 4x Milwaukee's Best ICE beers

I didn't quite get the chili done before I had to head to work. But the great thing about the Instant Pot (not sponsored) is that once it gets to the end of the time of it's pressure cooking it will depressurize and just keep the food warm. And the great thing about chili (not sponsored) is that the longer that it sits in low warmth the better the flavor gets. (I think that's how that works anyway)

Ran home for lunch to have some chili. And in the instant pot it's only supposed to be under pressure for 35 minutes and when I got home it was kept warm for three and a half hours. It turned out quite spicy. Could have used a bit of cheese. But in my opinion just about everything could use a bit of cheese.

Baked some chicken for dinner. But had to sit down for a while before setting up the chicken to bake. I am glad that I can bake it from frozen. It makes dinner SO much easier. Getting a bit low on chicken, but I'm going to go grocery shopping tomorrow; so I'll pick up some more tomorrow when I do my grocery shopping. I haven't decided all what I'm going to buy just yet, but the plan is to go grocery shopping every Tuesday because when I write a check on Tuesday it processes on Thursday and I have Tuesdays off anyway so if I take Tuesdays to cook the recipes that I want to I can get around to sticking to the diet that I want to. The biggest part of the diet that I want to be on is loading up the freezer and eating food that I've already cooked; there are so many great reasons to live like this its a shame to live in any other way

Was tempted to write about work, but I seriously I don't want this to be just, “Mark whines about work Blog.”

I'll admit, I picked up some beer after work this evening. I thought about not saying anything. But a lie of omission is still a lie. And if my mother is following my blog as well as I think she is (Hi Mom) I'd hate to lie to her, and I'd hate to make her nervous about saying that I'm eating these Keto friendly foods but not getting any progress in my health goals. (not that I'm expecting results in one day) Heck, Milwaukee's Best isn't even good beer, it's just cheep. Perhaps if I get enough recipes cooked up I can get meals planned out and leave my debit card at home so I wouldn't even be able to buy beer even if I wanted to.
